Julie is a magician. She is a very skilled massage therapist, and her knowledge of anatomy,…read morepressure points, and massage solutions sets her apart from most such professionals. She identifies problem areas, seems talented at physical maladies, and finds way to target needed therapy to the issues that need attention. I now stand straight even at 82 years and feel so much better even after the initial sessions. And the assistance seems to last longer and longer with each appointment. I have been referred to massage therapists in several countries over the years, and their efforts while comfortable and relaxing, nothing really improved. Julie stands out among her colleagues. She really knows what she is doing. Can't recommend her enough!

I have tried a lot of different massage places, and Angel Massage was one of (if not THE) best…read moremassage I've had. As an athlete, I am always asking for harder pressure and to work on problem areas, but most places do not deliver. At Angel Massage, James is very strong! I requested hard pressure and he did a fantastic job. The massage was still relaxing, and the calming music and massage oil scents were particularly inviting. The staff is super kind, and you feel very comfortable when you step through the door. I've tried some of the fancier spas in/outside of Gainesville, but none can massage as well as James at Angel!

It ended around 5:50, so I didn't receive the full time I paid for. The location also wasn't ideal during the massage, I heard two loud car alarms and an ambulance right outside the window, which made it hard to relax. While the masseuse was kind, the massage itself wasn't what I was looking for. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage but received more of a light, general massage with little pressure or technique. Considering the price (plus the generous tip I left), I was really disappointed overall. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

I experienced object in his office to have been very mindfully selected, from the Biomat on the massage table, to beautiful statues, exotic stones, and really cool sound healing instruments. It's legitimately the most pleasant massage therapist (or any health professional's office) I have experienced. The wonderful thing is that, this setting is reflective of the therapist/sound healer himself, Alejandro Boullon. Prior to beginning with the actual session, Alejandro invited me to sit wherever I felt and share anything that was coming to mind. I felt very at ease and felt no pressure or rush to express myself. I also felt very safe sharing my experiences with him - he's a good man. The bodywork/sound healing session that followed was otherworldly! Alejandro has somehow formulated a very creative hybrid of bodywork and sound healing into one seamless experience. My low back pain was treated with a combination of bodywork techniques and sound healing (with super cool devices that are somewhat like tuning forks). The sound felt like it was coming from 5 different directions when it was solely Alejandro doing his magic. I believe he also played crystals bowls. The session was so complex, so multi-sensory, that it is very difficult for me to describe. I invite YOU to try something new, and possibly super life-changing. I have an imagination that you've never experienced anything like this. And YES, I felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually better after the session. If you're reading this, I'm excited for the possibility, even if slight that you may get to experience a session with Alejandro.

Besides some simply beautiful sounds he creates with his instruments, the recorded music actually vibrates from below the table up through ones body, while he simultaneously uses his healing touch from above. Truly a blissful and powerful healing experience! Try it!!! He is professional, kind, and he creates a very safe environment. He caters his massage to your preference, able to be gentle and present, or to take that same presence to his deep and very steady work, which also feels amazing, and is definitely a gift. That steady deep work is what I love and he really is able to go there and stay there, taking his time as I feel myself sink into it and let go. Ahhh :)
