I don't normally get facials since I have a regular skin care regimen that I follow thanks to my primary care physician and dermatologist, but I do go for facials once a year and twice if I feel like I need extra care or just to pamper myself. So far the times I have gone I get the one that is tailored for my skin (lotus signature facial for 60 min) I am able to mention problems I currently have and Leah gives great recommendations. I don't trust anyone else with my skin. She is so knowledgeable and always able to recommend creams and face care products according to my concerns. Before she applies anything she explains what it's for. The massage in between is always relaxing and I always manage to go to get a nap in. I have not had an issue thus far and always leave refreshed. I cannot speak for massages or any other face procedures since I try not to do much to my skin and just limit to maintaining my skin texture and hydrating it as well as using products that will help me age gracefully and heal acne scars from past outbreaks. I always follow up with dermatologist about once or twice a year as well to track how my skin is doing. I have recommended this place to my mom and bf and they both have received facials courtesy of me since I love to treat them to a nice facial yearly as well.

From the moment I walked into Alejandro's office, I felt extremely welcome and pleased with the…read moredecor. The energy in the room is extremely positive. I experienced object in his office to have been very mindfully selected, from the Biomat on the massage table, to beautiful statues, exotic stones, and really cool sound healing instruments. It's legitimately the most pleasant massage therapist (or any health professional's office) I have experienced. The wonderful thing is that, this setting is reflective of the therapist/sound healer himself, Alejandro Boullon. Prior to beginning with the actual session, Alejandro invited me to sit wherever I felt and share anything that was coming to mind. I felt very at ease and felt no pressure or rush to express myself. I also felt very safe sharing my experiences with him - he's a good man. The bodywork/sound healing session that followed was otherworldly! Alejandro has somehow formulated a very creative hybrid of bodywork and sound healing into one seamless experience. My low back pain was treated with a combination of bodywork techniques and sound healing (with super cool devices that are somewhat like tuning forks). The sound felt like it was coming from 5 different directions when it was solely Alejandro doing his magic. I believe he also played crystals bowls. The session was so complex, so multi-sensory, that it is very difficult for me to describe. I invite YOU to try something new, and possibly super life-changing. I have an imagination that you've never experienced anything like this. And YES, I felt physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually better after the session. Besides some simply beautiful sounds he creates with his instruments, the recorded music actually vibrates from below the table up through ones body, while he simultaneously uses his healing touch from above. Truly a blissful and powerful healing experience! Try it!!! He is professional, kind, and he creates a very safe environment. He caters his massage to your preference, able to be gentle and present, or to take that same presence to his deep and very steady work, which also feels amazing, and is definitely a gift.
