So it's more than just a great gimmick. It's been trending heavily on social media for a while with people asking if it's the best coffee in the 518. As a former barista, I won't go there because this region is blessed with a wealth of great Java joints. But if you're picky about drinking decent coffee it's fair to say that you probably won't be disappointed. I ordered a hot latte the last time I visited which was pretty awesome, too. No soy milk which is my fav. Just almond and oat milks for those seeking nondairy. I love the industrial chic look to this place. The garage and front doors to this former fire station are kept open to generate business and there are many large electric fans on the premises to keep things relatively cool despite the heat. It appears that the owner, Jordan, has added to his staff. There were new employees, new faces on this visit. According the sandwich board in the doorway, the business is still in "soft opening" mode. Hours may be somewhat flexible though Jordan said they open around 7:30am and wrap up by late afternoon.
