A little research uncovered awards across Dallas and confirmation of Dr. Allen's earned status in North Texas. Without getting into my medical specifics, after visiting Dr. Allen my situation got worse quickly and turned out to be more serious than it had initially seemed. His staff was amazing in helping me through initial issues that popped up while he was in another surgery. Then he got my surgery scheduled and answered all of my questions. Post-surgery I had complications due to my particular reaction to the procedure. He spent nearly two hours at the hospital that evening providing care for me directly which avoided a second surgery. Today I am doing great and I could not be more appreciative of Dr. Allen and his staff. He was amazing and my quality of life has significantly improved. He gets my wholehearted recommendation without any hesitation!

He left the room while I was still asking questions, and he walked to another room to see a patient next door. I asked the front desk if I could still speak with him in person, and they said he would call me after his appointments for the day. I never received a call, and I have been trying to make a follow up appointment for months to discuss my medical needs and concerns.
