I chose to work with Fanny and her team for a move in clean. Two cleaners were sent in the morning…read morefor an estimated 5/6 hour clean. I let them in and left for work. After my full 8 hour shift I returned home to find them just finishing, which was unheard of to me as there was NOTHING in the condo and it wasn't in particularly bad shape. They used my time away to their advantage to charge me for a longer cleaning, plus the kitchen appliances and blinds weren't even that clean when they left. I absolutely do not recommend working with this company and their shady practices.

Have been using KLEEN a few times for deep cleaning during the past three to four years. The teams…read morewere thorough, meticulous, and attentive in their cleaning. They wiped walls, cupboards, and baseboards. One time, they reported and pointed out termite droppings in a room not frequently used. The past year, the house was not occupied, the toilet bowls were grossly water-stained. Was extremely surprised and pleased how spotless and bright the toilets became. The teams are punctual, friendly, professional in their work, and efficient. They bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner.

Before I tell you how much I love Kleen, it's important you know that a) I have not had…read moreprofessional help in a very long time and b) I am very neat and tidy to begin with. The ease of getting started with Kleen was a 10/10 experience and their communication with me was super fast. I was able to get same-day service after inquiring. Wow! During the cleaning while I was out of the house, I got professional communication from Gabriela on Team 25 with a question. Hearing directly from the person in my home was more helpful than a central office, so I appreciated that. It built trust and I felt at ease. Now, here's where things get really exciting... When I came home, and opened the door, I was smacked in the face with a lovely, non-toxic scent and my tiny but cute-as-a-button place was gleaming. Superficially, the house looked amazing - cobwebs from ceiling to floor? Vanished. Dust bunnies in between my giant plant collection? Outta there. Every surface perfectly polished? Of course. But what unfolded over the next several hours felt like I was a little kid on Christmas morning...as my partner and I went about our day, we'd yell to each other, "Oh my gosh, they cleaned there!?" "Wait - they did THAT!?" "I didn't expect them to do THAT!" "I didn't realize that could even BE cleaned!" It happened about 10 times that afternoon and even a few times the next day. My total happiness score (which is already really high) skyrocketed up about 10 points. Needless to say, this is a decision we wish we had made sooner. Kleen is fairly priced and the service was just fantastic. I feel so grateful to have angels visit my home like Gabriela and Team 25. THANK YOU!!!

Jose's team took away about 2 years of grime, pet hairs, soda stains and various yucks. They explained the process from beginning to end and were very attentive to any questions. They use natural, gentle cleaners. The "Cherry" scent of their cleaner was interesting but it doesn't last so that's a plus in my opinion. What's left after a few days was a natural clean. It would be accurate to say that there was a lack of any smell. Just a clean sofa. A bit about their communication prior to the job. I received quick and clear messages from the company. They quoted me a price and gave me a vey reasonable window of time for the appointment. They weren't the least expensive quote, but I didn't think it was worth the risk to save $10 by going with someone with lower reviews. They reminded me the day before and confirmed the timeframe. Showed up like clockwork and were done in under 2-hours. I will try my best to keep my 2-pups off the sofa, bit who are we kidding...I know I will be calling them back for an annual cleaning. I wish I could give them 6-stars!
