We now have them scheduled for maintenance cleaning every two weeks, and it has made such a difference. They do a phenomenal job every single time. The apartment feels fresh, clean, and put back together when they're finished, and it's such a good feeling walking into a freshly cleaned home. They're thorough, reliable, and consistently do great work. We're incredibly satisfied and would absolutely recommend Bia Cleaning Service to anyone looking for a dependable cleaning company!

I really loved Bia her Husband, Rafael, in the beginning. Super sweet couple and made my home feel…read moreclean - you could smell it! However, things went downhill about a year and a half ago. They kept changing who they'd bring as their partner (sometimes bia would come with someone, sometimes Rafael would come with someone else). It wasn't consistent and this led to more mistakes being made as each new person was not yet trained. I found them to be rough when cleaning. I often heard/felt the vacuum upstairs ramming into the baseboards, etc. Several things were broken (a porcelain figurine, an electronic bathroom trashcan) and a knick was put in our lvp after stools were moved carelessly, causing a corner to catch the lvp. We wrote this off though as accidents. Things happen after all. But we had wished they had brought these accidents to our attention rather than us finding them on our own. I once came back into my office after they cleaned to find my computer monitor not working (after it had been working just an hour before) and they came out to look and we agreed to split the cost of a new one since neither of us knew what happened. I super appreciated that. The last cleaning we had with them, I came home and immediately noticed that some of the black varnish on my kitchen faucet was peeled off. I texted to ask what had happened, and I got a long text back from Rafael saying that he thinks I knew it was peeling and that I did it and was trying to blame them. (Certainly not - and I wasn't even asking them to pay for a replacement - just asking what happened). He went on to say that he didn't feel I trusted them anymore and they didn't trust me and they didn't want to work for me anymore. Look - I get it. Accidents happen and I don't expect my cleaning company to pay for mistakes (I never asked them to pay for any damages. They OFFERED to pay for half of the computer monitor since they had just seen me using it before they went in to clean my office.) But I do want them to be careful with my things, gentle, and to alert me when something happened. This just wasn't the case after several years of working with them. In the end, I think they were right, it was time to move on.

This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. Apologies for not having enough time to list what they've done or how massive the impact was for my family.

I have worked with both Antonio and Veronica on scheduling and logistics, and although they are extremely booked I have always been able to get on their schedule. I request a cleaning every 3-4 months. They have been great to work with! The first time they cleaned my house was during a move-out and I accidentally left the key at my new house so they had to wait about an hour for them to start cleaning because I had to ask a roommate to drive the key over. They were so patient and accomodating, I felt so bad, but they reassured me things happen and moving is hard (especially during a pandemic). They did a fantastic job and my landlord did not end up using his cleaning service since the Romero team had the house looking spotless! I've used them for 3 house moves and cleaning every couple of months and I HIGHLY recommend them.
