Communication was easy, and they were very professional. We needed a post-construction cleaning and our home had a lot of dust from the renovation. A team of three arrived and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows, restrooms, drawers, floors, walls, and more. They did a thorough job getting the house clean and ready for us, and the price they quoted was also very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again for future cleanings. Highly recommend!

I hired GleamingLuxe to clean at my elderly parents' apartment, and unfortunately had two…read moresignificant issues. First, after the cleaning, several family photos and souvenir magnets that had been on the fridge for years were missing. When we raised this, the company's response was to say their cleaners didn't recall seeing or removing anything, and the conversation became more about disputing responsibility than resolving the issue. To be fair, they did return to search the apartment, and I appreciate that effort -- but the items never turned up, and we were left without any real explanation. These were irreplaceable family keepsakes, and losing them was genuinely upsetting. Second, about a week after the cleaning, I noticed several areas -- a shelf near a window with visible dust and debris still sitting on it, and a bathroom baseboard corner with grime buildup and hair still on the floor -- that hadn't actually been cleaned. Photos attached. These were exactly the hard-to-reach spots I'd hired help for in the first place, since my parents can't easily do them themselves. Between the missing items and the incomplete cleaning, I can't recommend this service, even though I do want to acknowledge they were responsive once I flagged the missing items and returned to help look.

Jazmin's Cleaning Service went well beyond a standard cleaning and made a noticeable difference in both the look and the feel of my apartment. Jazmin and her team brought a level of attention to detail that I can only describe as military-grade. Every surface, corner, and often-overlooked area was handled with care and precision. What stood out even more was the thoughtful "woman's touch" they added. The space didn't just look clean--it looked more put-together and professional. They also took the extra step of rearranging my daughter's toys, playhouses, and bathroom toys into a neat, inviting setup. Coming home to that small, thoughtful gesture meant a lot. It showed they weren't just cleaning a house; they were paying attention to the people who live in it. I highly recommend Jazmin's Cleaning Service to anyone who wants more than a basic clean--especially busy parents, students, or anyone who values reliability and genuine care. I'll be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our water is so hard, and our matte black and brass fixtures and glass shower walls were covered in build up. Jazmin was super responsive, which made her stick out immediately, and she really knew how to treat our issues. She warned us that removing the build up could damage the delicate fixtures, and we were fine with that. Two hours after she and her partner came in, our bathrooms looked better than when we moved in. Omg I would eat off these fixtures. Spotless. They were also so sweet to our nosy animals, and we appreciate that. Definitely hiring them again, and they'll be our go-to after any parties we host. Even the fireplace that had not been cleaned for 50 years had sparkle. The pricing for all they did for us was more than reasonable. When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25. This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.
