This review is for the Physical Therapists only…read more I just finished my clinical rotation here and I got to see how each of the therapists here interact with their patients. They normally get booked 2 patients an hour-- 3 max. once a while, and they are super efficient with their time and multi-tasking. These therapists know what they are doing, and believe me, I've worked with bad therapists and know what they're like. This clinic is student- friendly too but the patients didn't seem to mind that I was a student and needed guidance with their treatment plans. They will always be informed if someone is a student and will be asked if it's okay if the student helps treat them. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you have. They don't act like you're bothering them with petty questions because they really want you to understand what you're going through. Don't expect to get one on one attention your whole session, unless it's you're first visit as an evaluation. If you work hard during your treatment, and DO THE HOME EXERCISES you will get well faster! As for insurance, and the front desk, I barely interacted with them so I can't really say much. But as an outpatient clinic, I really liked what I saw from the therapists here.

I chose this location for rehabbing my knee because it was close to my workplace. I ended up seeing…read moretwo different physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant here, and all were very pleasant and professional. The facility itself is not very big, and doesn't contain a ton of equipment, but they have everything they need to get the job done. It is one location of a large nationwide group of physical therapy centers; their billing department was surprisingly slow. Usually they can't wait to pry the money out of your pocket, but I didn't get billed for the first batch of my copays for almost a month after I quit going. I'm not complaining, but it's a little unusual, don't you think?

I came to this facility for therapy to reduce knee pain. I just finished my 6th appointment in 3…read moreweeks and have 2 more to go. I am thrilled with the help and support I've received there from Chris B. I noticed improvement after just the first visit and it has continued with each subsequent visit. He asks questions each visit to be sure he understands my current condition and how things did after the last session, watches carefully to make sure my technique is correct, and pushes me to do more while always being cautious to not increase inflammation. I wish I had pursued physical therapy months ago! So far I've not had any problems with billing or the front desk staff as some other reviewers have reported, so perhaps they've changed out those personnel. The front desk staff have been efficient and courteous. I recommend this facility.

Looking back on my experiences there I honestly must say that I am very disappointed with my…read moretreatment at Action PT. My therapist was a high lite. He was a very good guy and I enjoyed working with him. His supervisor was not very warm or friendly. I'm glad my interactions with him were minimal. The front office staff were friendly enough. However after my treatment ended, I was sent a bill saying I had missed three payments. Since I paid after each and every visit and had evidence to support that, I knew that was total nonsense. I received a lot of resistance from them and I got messages threatening collection agencies and possible legal action for less than $100.00. I finally just ignored them and they went away. I say, "Stay away from Action PT." By the way, this was my second and final such experience with them over a similar issue.

I did several yoga stretches that typically work the kinks out of my back when this happens, but this time was different and I would soon find out within the next 12 hours after this. I wake up from my sleep immediately falling out of bed when I thought I told my body I wanted to stand. It took me about 30 min to crawl and make my way to the bathroom and then I laid on the floor for another hour or so. Called up my brother & sister and they both recommended Anthony at Vitruvian. Made the appointment and fortunately Anthony was available and my sister was able to take me to that first appointment. To summarize my first visit, "NO PAIN, NO GAIN." He dug in to my issues and performed some painfully amazing work on my back and other related muscles. Anthony made an excellent assessment coupled with detailed descriptions of what the affected muscle groups were and how my movements would be impacted if left untreated. He gave me an easy to follow regimen of stretches & excercises to do in between my appointments, was incredibly easy to reach (this includes email), and left no questions unanswered. I never felt left in the dark about what his goal was for my back and what my responsibilities were as the patient undergoing PT. Only after 2 appointments with Anthony, my back feels 90% back to where it was before it went out. Why only 90%? Because he helped me realize my posture and how I lift heavy items have always been bad and he's now correcting these decades-long habits in order to save my back and help me live according to my lifestyle, not how I was when I actively played highschool and college football. I've been a true believer since my first appointment and will continue to commit to building my better back with Anthony at The Vitruvian Physio!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience at your office on the…read moremorning of my scheduled January 12th 8:30 a.m. appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early, as recommended, only to find the doors locked and the lights off. I attempted to contact the office and left a message, but no one was available. Wanting to give your office the benefit of the doubt, I waited nearby, spending additional time, gas, and energy. Your office did not open until 9:20 a.m., nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. When I finally entered, the front desk associate was on a phone call, so I waited again. Once she assisted me, I was asked for my copay. I respectfully explained that I did not feel it was appropriate to pay a copay after waiting almost an hour due to the office opening late. The associate checked with her supervisor and returned to inform me that the copay would still be required and that they were unaware of my appointment--despite the fact that I received two appointment confirmation notifications. This situation was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. It demonstrated a lack of organization, communication, and respect for patients' time. As a result, I declined the appointment and chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve scheduling accuracy and office operations so future patients do not experience the same inconvenience.
