They should be commended for that, and often are, and are one of the companies that are a go-to for this kind of service in town. However some of their services and business practices and compulsory charges are just unacceptable.

Neither of these items is true. There are some tree branches about 20 feet off the ground, and I even offered to prune them if they were in the way of their truck which I highly doubt they would be. Our parking lot is completely covered in crushed concrete , and there's no possible way a truck could get stuck Then he tells me that they could bring me a 30 yard dumpster? I don't want a 30 yard dumpster. I want an 8 yard dumpster. Long story short, after four days of back-and-forth, they tell me they cannot give me the dumpster. So now I have to start from scratch with a new company. This company is shady as heck and I do not recommend anyone do business with them ever

Within one hour they were already loading the items on the truck. There was a mix up with the items that I needed to be removed, as I was in route to the house and not there just yet, but they never once complained or became impatient. They were very friendly, respectful and fast. The price was very reasonable and they were able to accommodate the extra items that was needed with no hesitation. I will definitely use this company to haul away my items in the future. They were welcoming and made me feel comfortable with them being in my home. Absolutely will recommend this company to anyone!

Just moved to Sugarland, texted them yesterday advised them how much junk and send them pictures with address. 10 mins later, they texted back with quote and arrival time. Next morning, they got here exactly the time they quoted, ON TIME! Two very nice folks, came in, looked at what we have then start moving stuff out. Yes! They do have mild tools to help disassembled furnitures. Price is reasonable, reliable, quick, careful moving things around not to damage walls.. strongly recommended
