Cannot say enough good about Sandra and the business she is running!…read more I recently moved to Houston and was shopping around for deep cleaning services every 2 weeks. She. Made. This. Home. Spotless. And I know you're thinking, "Well duh...that's what is supposed to happen." So let me tell you more about why her business is deserving of 5+ stars and went above & beyond the typical services. She was flexible with her scheduling - huge plus. She arrived with one other person, and they cleaned the entire house, 3 stories and 3,000+ square feet, in about 3 hours. The two women had a system and they tackled the job efficiently and thoroughly. I was SO impressed with their hustle. She was thoughtful and mindful of our current "work from home" status and my son's nap schedule - she did the third floor first (where my son naps), so that the noise wouldn't wake him. She is so personable and kind - can't say enough about how important this trait is for me, in the service industry. It's never just about how good the work is, but also is about the attitude of the person doing the work. You can tell she takes pride in her business and cares about doing a high-quality job. Since she owns her own business, I will have the same people cleaning my house each time (compared to large businesses who just send whomever is available and you never know what you're getting) - I love the consistency! I could go on, but really the bottom line is that her services are worth every cent, and enjoying a spotless and clean home makes me feel wonderful, so I'm incredibly grateful for her. Can't recommend high enough!

Then I checked more closely. The double ovens were not cleaned AT ALL on the inside. He said that wasn't part of the price quoted. I also feel that the kitchen sink and the upstairs bathtubs were not cleaned properly. I can not recommend Sam's to anyone, and my realtor said he WILL NOT be recommending Sam's again.

I wish I could remember my maid's name, but she is friendly and really good at making the house shine. She comes every two weeks, and I try not to get it too dirty in between. They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. The bathrooms were spotless We will use them again.
