Avel, Roman, and the rest of the crew came out the next day and got right to work. Their communication was great, they made sure we were all on the same page, and answered all of my questions. There were 4 people working and they got every single thing done within about 6 hours (wow!). They were careful with my yard and left the place looking a lot better than when they came. The dynamic was a bit weird. It was a little unclear whether the quote would come from Roger or Pacific Tree. It came from Roger's inbox.
