Brett climbed most of the trees and lowered branches before falling the tree. The equipment he utilized was ingenious and helped remove the trees that were surrounded by a large home and outbuildings. The mastery of being able to not damage building or smaller trees was amazing to watch and very comforting, knowing they knew what they were doing! Our job was an almost two week job and the crew returned each day ready to go and energized to take on the task at hand. We were very pleased with his service, professionalism and get-it-done attitude. Five Star company and a five star owner! Thanks Brett.

I had an appointment with Javiers Tree maintenance and they were a blatant no show. I coordinated my time specifically for them to visit. I am a busy mother who works full time, so when they did not arrive at the date and time of our appointment, I was obviously disappointed. Disclaimer: this was not weather related as the appointment was before the heat waves started. The team on yelp messenger contacted me later in the night (well after our appointment - 9pm) to reschedule for the very next day. I had to politely decline since I had plans. There was no attempt to give me another date or time. I did not get the sense that this person felt they were genuinely sorry for missing our appointment, in fact, there was no acknowledgement if it whatsoever. I hope this company will rethink about how they explain missed appointments to their customers, and understand that other people's time is valuable.

Jonathan Nash was short tempered with us and used F-bombs, expletives and personal insults when we simply called to ask about the progress of our job. I was caught off guard. It was such a rapid escalation of a simple follow up call. Who does that?! We found the lack of professionalism to be absolutely astounding. By contrast, and to be fair, the workers themselves were kind and professional. Despite Chris Nash being highlighted on the website, the son, Jonathan Nash said he purchased the business recently, and NW Arbor-Culture is no longer owned by his father Chris (who, as I understand, had a wonderful hard earned reputation over 20+ years for quality and integrity).
