The overspray had eaten through the ceramic coating and started ghosting marks into the clear coat--roof, hood, mirrors, grill, doors... it was everywhere. The first detailer showed up and couldn't make a dent. Then Christian with Real Detail was their next call --and from the very first phone call, he was a total professional. His communication was clear, helpful, and reassuring. He even texted me tips over the weekend to help stop further damage before he could get to me Monday morning. He came straight to my house in Apex, NC, and worked for hours right in my garage and driveway while I worked from home. He started with the least aggressive method and worked up to acid and machine polishing until every single mark was gone. Then he applied ceramic coating to the corrected areas--and honestly, my car looked like I'd just driven it off the lot again. You'd never know it had been damaged. Christian didn't just save my car--he gave me peace of mind. He also took time to educate me on the right soaps, techniques, and dos and don'ts to maintain the finish properly moving forward. I would trust him again in a heartbeat for car detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and (hopefully you won't have them) any urgent/emergency needs. If you're looking for high-quality car detailing in Apex NC, especially from someone who is skilled, honest, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable--call Christian. You'll be glad you did.

Dude hadn't washed or vacuumed the car since he purchased it several years earlier. There was a stain from where he "dropped a cup of Mountain Dew" and never attempted to clean it up complete with crumbs and grime in every orifice of the car. Needless to say, I was nervous and skeptical about both the online estimate I received and the ability of the team to perform literal magic. Quin showed up with 2 additional team members and they put in WORK on my car for ~2 hours. I peaked out the window for progress about halfway through (since the detailing was in the convenience of my driveway) and was met with a glare from the super sheen I didn't know the bumper had to offer. My only regret was not taking 'before' pictures. I made two of my family members come check out the new whip and we were all oooing and ahhhing over the night and day difference.
