You may be rushed to sign documents, conduct in depositions or go to trial ( additional cost ) and then spend more time waiting for outcome. Not worth it for a small settlement. Also, liability is suppose to cover damage to the other car. That means if you accrue damage, and the other driver has basic liability, your car should be repaired. These guys at SIL failed us on this. We lost our car, and at the end the settlement doesn't cover our loss.
