This law firm sent me multiple harassing letter for about a 6K bill my medical insurance paid for…read moreterrible emergency care at Saddleback Memorial Hospital in Laguna Hills California. The hospital was paid by my medical insurance for the horrendously terrible service I received from going over my handlebars while riding my bike. The fact that Saddleback disclosed my injuries to these scumbags in my opinion is a violation of my HIPPA rights. I was injured when I ate shit on my bike, no one else was involved. But they sent me a harassing letter and asking me for my personal medical information. This is a dirty firm in my opinion. I would avoid them at all cost in my opinion. I would also avoid any medical facilities that contract with this firm in my opinion. When calling to settle the matter, they were extremely rude and invasive in my opinion. I personally would never do business with a firm I feel is performing unethical services in my opinion.
