The Accident Guys were completely on my side after my car accident. They were there every step of the way for me with constant communication, great negotiations, and I came out with a totally fair settlement. More important than any of that is that they are KIND. I felt cared for and the first question asked every time we spoke was "How are you?" I can't recommend them highly enough.
The whole Accident Guys team were super helpful throughout the entire process. They helped me get my car fixed and handled the insurance company. I would highly recommend them if you need their services! Shout-out to Cesar and Samantha for all their help!
I got into a car accident with my daughter and my car was totaled. I needed an attorney and I made the best choice on using the Accident guys , they got me the best deal, they are so friendly and they will constantly call to see how we where doing. Sarah will always call to check up on us and to give me feed back on the case. Brian is patience and take his time in understanding your needs. I recommend them, they are professionals and friendly.
After I got rear ended on the freeway, I literally had no clue what to do. My own chiropractor refused to see me. After I called The Accident Guys they set me up with the great chiropractors at Neural FX and helped me get back to normal. In the meantime they took care of all my dealings with the insurance companies and were able to take care of everything for me. Based off of the positive reviews from their clients, I decided to contact the Accident Guys regarding my case. They tried to resolve my case as fast and efficiently as possible. Although my case had some complications, they tried their best to get me the best deal that was possible. I would definitely recommend their services.
These guys are the best at what they do. This was my first time ever having to deal with a car accident and I was really unsure of how to handle the whole thing. So I went on yelp found these guys and they lived up to the reviews. They were so caring about the type of care I was getting with the doctors. They made sure I was comfortable with the care I was receiving and they would check in on me periodically. They even sent me an email on my birthday. They were also really good at explaining the step by step process and how things are done. They really made a bad experience into a positive, and I would like to say thank you to Ani, Jeremy and Elliot for helping me through it all.
Returning home from the emergency room after a car accident. Laying down thinking about how am I going to pay for my bills and still feeling pain on my body. I was stress just thinking about how am I going to return to work with a drivable car and paying my medical bills. I am also pretty new to California, only live here for three years. I don't know who to talk or go too for help. While lying in bed I turn to yelp where usually go to for food review. And type in car accident. The Accident Guy - Personal Injury Attorneys pop up. Read it and like all the other experience reviewed and saw open 24/7. I was a bit skeptical about it, for some reason my feeling said to trust it. It was 10pm at night I click on the request a consultation hoping that no one answer back. But I was wrong less then 10-minute attorney Omid himself return my text then call. He was really pleasant to talk to. He explain the to me step by step what I needed to do. I didn't need to travel to his office; he brought his office to my house. That was really convenient because after the car accident I was terrified to drive. He had set up his team to help guide me through the process. He referral me to a chiropractic office near my house. After all when it was time to close the case I received an offer I wasn't happy with the first offer because it was really low. Working with Attorney Cesar back and forth to get enough to cover for all the medical and personal injury. Attorney Cesar was understandable and reliable. He understands me and urges me to push to fight for more. At the end result I was happy I got what was right and felt more comfortable that the bills are all taking care of. My sister got near ended also last year before me. She went to an Asian Accident office that also help her too setting up appointment and took care of everything. But they weren't thorough with her and close the case with just $2000. I felt bad after I told her that The Accident Guys Office got me plus (9x) what she got (: do the math :) I would highly recommend with 10 Stars.
My 5 year old and I were involved in a car accident last December. The at fault driver ran a stop sign and t-boned my car on my son's side. It was a devastating experience and I was in no way prepared for something like this since I have never before had any car accidents. My son was scared, crying, the car door on his side was caved in, my sealt belt broke from the impact. Meanwhile, the driver was trying to flee the scene. I'm so grateful to all the witnesses and the good samaritan who blocked the at fault driver from leaving. This would have easily been a hit and run otherwise. I contacted The Accident Guys a few days later when I was feeling immense pain. They were highly referred by a friend who has also acquired their services and was highly satisfied with the outcome of her case. The Accident Guys responded my every question and accommodated my schedule, they went to me, making it stressless and convenient. Had I not called the accident guys, I would not have been able to receive any medical attention and physical therapy I needed. They explained everything to me every step of the way. I highly recommend The Accident Guys and am grateful for all their support and guidance.

I contacted The Accident Guys when I was injured in my car accident about a year ago . within 24 hours I was contacted by Attorney Dayan who was upfront about fees , the process and ultimately to make sure I made a full recovery . I was immediately assigned a case manager , Isamar Ayala , who sent me to a doctor , for my injuries. The doctor had a wide range of availability , it allowed me to seek treatment, while still being able to work part time and finish school. It was also extremely convenient , located next door from my kids school . I could seek treatment then pick my children up When I would have low days while I was off for four months , I would call Isamar. She would listen to me and comfort me through the whole process. She was so patient and extremely kind . She always called me to remind me of my doctors appointment and was a huge factor in my emotional recovery . Once I was done with all my treatments , I was contacted by Tony D. He was clear , honest , professional , thorough and completely about his business . Any time I emailed him , I got back a response in less that 24 hours . He also informed me when he went on vacation so I wasn't left in the dark . At no point was I ever left in the dark, not knowing the status of my case . He was able to increase my settlement amount three different times . I had complete trust in him . I told him to do what he felt was best and call me when the check was available, he did just that . He also was able to reduce my treatment bills to less than half. At the end of my case, Attorney Dayan called me to ensure I had a great experience . and once all my bills were reduced, I signed my settlement documents and less than a week my money was wired right to my account. I was also able to receive a Starbucks or Amazon gift Card !!!!!!!!!!!!! I loveeee Starbucks, so I choose them . All documents and settlement increases were approved by me first. Documents were always able to be electronically signed, convenient and fast . Everything came through right on time , definitely a blessing from God , because I was hard on cash after being off work for 4 months. I was involved in a car accident where my car was rear ended. This was my first accident. I suffered a concussion and my body was badly bruised. I was hesitant to call an attorney. After I got rear ended at a red light leaving my nursing class I did not know what to do. I needed help because I was injured and my car was considered a total loss. I found the accidents guys and they helped me with my injury claim to the responsible party and I was able to go to specialist to recover from my injuries.
