If you have strictly liability insurance , I would recommend you handle the case yourself with your insurer. Accident injury coverage does not cover much, especially if injuries are non severe. Attorney fees can be steep ( 30% to 45% ) of contingency. You may be rushed to sign documents, conduct in depositions or go to trial ( additional cost ) and then spend more time waiting for outcome. Not worth it for a small settlement. Also, liability is suppose to cover damage to the other car. That means if you accrue damage, and the other driver has basic liability, your car should be repaired. These guys at SIL failed us on this. We lost our car, and at the end the settlement doesn't cover our loss. Also your insurance can be negatively impacted if you are required to accept some fault. 3 star from me. read more

This law firm is an absolute joke! They are rude and extremely unprofessional. They send you to doctors that are just on it for the money rather than treating their parents. They sent me to one doctor for a telehealth visit and she ended up hanging up on me mid-sentence. Then they sent me to a second doctor that barely spoke English, she didn't understand what I was saying during our telehealth visit and she never prescribed me the pain medication that I so desperately needed. When I began to complain to the attorneys about the way I was being treated by the doctors they decided that I was difficult and dismissed themselves as my attorneys. The people at this law firm are just in it to get easy money and they don't want to go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. At the beginning they acted like they cared but the minute you start advocating for yourself you are deemed difficult and they will dismiss you as a client as well. Please go to any other attorney if you need legal representation. These guys are trash and don't deserve your time. There's so many other attorneys out there please pick one of them. read more

Called them made an appt never received a call at my appt time, Called them the next day and they said they'll look into it, never called me back. Very unreliable and if they can't stick to their words now I could never trust them with more. Glad I didn't go with them then if they can't even get to me for my first appt. I've called twice and left messages and the 2nd time the girl couldn't find me in there either which mama no sense if they made me an appt, they said they didn't see me in there that time either so unsure how the system works, but it's ok I can't keep calling just to get a consultation because they may not be able to find me then either. Immediately after my accident I called Silva Injury Law. And I'm glad I did. I received help with my hospital bills that were due and Silva got the Hospital to hold off on collections until my case settles. Silva also worked on getting me treatment for my injuries: severe pain in my lower back ,neck ,protruding disks in my neck and lower back, ect.ect. I would not have known how or where to get specific help for all the different things that happened to me in that accident. Even my primary care doctor wasn't as helpful getting me the right treatment.
