He charged me a flat rate and told me no matter how many times he has to go to court he would not charge me another penny. I never thought I would be able to afford full representation, however, Graham made it totally possible. He even offered to break his fee up into two payments if I needed time to pay him. Graham is extremely responsive and quick to communicate with me through emails, texts and phone calls. He is very proactive too. He offered to have my alimony payments that he won for me in court, sent to his office each month so he could keep track and make sure they were coming on time. He would then forward the payments to me. Again, no additional cost to me. When payments were late, he would immediately contact my husband's attorney. Let me tell you, Graham Lopez does not just do the bare minimum because of a flat fee. He goes above and beyond to provide the absolute best representation he can, despite the low fee he charged me. In court, Graham was successful in getting the judge to award me compensation for my attorney fees!!! I have friends who have paid two, three or four times as much for representation and have nothing but complaints about their high priced attorneys. They don't return phone calls, don't follow through with paperwork, don't perform well in court etc... Not Graham, he is fantastic!
