You may be rushed to sign documents, conduct in depositions or go to trial ( additional cost ) and then spend more time waiting for outcome. Not worth it for a small settlement. Also, liability is suppose to cover damage to the other car. That means if you accrue damage, and the other driver has basic liability, your car should be repaired. These guys at SIL failed us on this. We lost our car, and at the end the settlement doesn't cover our loss. Also your insurance can be negatively impacted if you are required to accept some fault. 3 star from me.

I had send a bid request to several printers for a rush job. One came back from another printer (I haven't used for this type of printing before) and it was $23 cheaper than the others.
