I only booked with this stylist because of the "crochet weave" service she offers on her website. I appreciated her honesty but this style is meant to last 4-8 weeks. She advised that I use curly hair. Unfortunately, that didn't work for me so I requested that she cancel my appointment and return my deposit based on her advice. She refused. Although I appreciated her disclaimer when I called, if a disclaimer is necessary, it should be provided on the website before booking ... this hairstyle is meant to last 4-8 weeks so by her advising that it won't look right after 1 day, it wouldn't make sense for me to continue. I'd suggest she add this disclaimer to her website or that she remove this from her services... I found her to be rude, condescending, and predatory.

It seemed like it was a social event for the stylists, instead of for our bridal party. They then even rudely and loudly commented about how the vibe was "boring" and we should play better music.... We found this very unprofessional. When we were showing photos of how we wanted the makeup look to be, we repeatedly asked Lulu for less makeup because we didn't want any heavy foundation or contouring. It seemed like the makeup artist had "one mode". I walked by at one point and politely asked if we'd be able to tone down the makeup and the artist shockingly said "I don't like it when people get up in my space." The final look was then overly heavy and explicitly not what we had asked for / provided photos of. Overall, waste of money - we would have been better off doing the makeup ourselves, especially since they didn't listen to what we wanted & changed the atmosphere so materially.

She was able to tighten all my tracks but charged me $20 extra for it. And some how made it seem like it was me brushing it too hard. I've gotten weave so many times by other ppl and this has NEVER happen.
