this review is for an 18 cu. ft. frigidaire refrigerator with with a top freezer. it was delivered…read moreto my tenants with a dent on the door, and a wavy imperfection from the factory on the left side. the dent was not done by the delivery crew, (who incidentally did a great job), because the dent was there from the factory. bought the refrigerator from lowes in derby, ct., purchased an extended warranty from lowes, and contacted the warranty company within the 48hr window. they did not honor the extended warranty because they said it was an issue that should be handled by frigidaire. i was also told that they would not take it back because i did not purchase it with a lowe's card. contacted frigidaire and they didn't do anything because they said the model was discontinued. they said to call lowe's!! called lowe's in derby and spoke to a rude associate who said a manager would return my call, but no one called me. i was offered a measly $50 lowes gift card. i cancelled the extended warranty and kept the refrigerator because i didn't want to inconvenience my tenants any further. i have never experienced such terrible customer service from a company as large as lowe's. i've heard complaints about the company, but thought they were isolated incidents. obviously the company culture needs an overhaul, and they can start with the derby, ct store!

We had an electrician install them and he said that the hanging cords would straighten over time due to the weight of the fixtures. There is no change after 2 months we contacted valley lighting in hopes that they would send someone else to fix them. The only option they gave us was to remove lights and bring in for a refund leaving me with multiple fees for an electrician. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
