The showroom is massive and very well-kept. We had a general idea in mind of what we we're after, and there were just so many to pick from. You can tell everything this is extremely high quality, and you sure will pay for it. We landed on two favorites so Sam, who was helping us, sent over quotes of each based on our project. We'll need our island covered and the entire perimeter. It's nice there are different finishing and edge options for different parts of the job. I'll report back on how install goes, but so far KG has been nothing but easy to work with with solid customer service.

He instantly knew what was done wrong, what would be needed to fix it and how long it would take, which was significantly less time than the original work we had done by someone far less experienced. Christopher and his team are clearly experts with older homes like ours and they do a phenomenal job, very detail oriented and focused on perfection. Their services are well worth it if you want the job done right! Our dining room was originally natural wood with a deep red color, which we wanted painted white to brighten up the space. The person who we hired to paint it white previously did not use the proper materials, which ended in many layers of unnecessary paint and he didn't fill in all the gaps and holes that show up when painting natural wood white, so it looked very poorly done. The original painter also didn't know what to do with the radiator that was also dark red, so it turned out completely blotchy. Christopher's team came in and had the botched paint job sanded down, the holes/cracks filled and the space prepared for spraying in just a half day. It was remarkable how much better it looked after just a few hours. When they were done after two days, it was impeccable. They came back a week later to get all the hardware reinstalled and put it all back in working order. Some additional adjustments had to be made for the built in, which they made sure were done well for proper use. They also were able to squeeze us in as quickly as possible during rain days that they couldn't do their outside jobs, which we were very grateful for given the lost time of the original job. Cannot recommend Painting by Christopher enough!

The product itself is great, and they have so many options based on your type of project. We've used them for carpet, hardwood, and LVP needs. Most recently, we had our basement refinished, and Joe was wonderful and easy to work with, per usual. Since that install, the carpet has held up so well. And thats saying a lot seeing as we have a bunch of kiddos down most days! However, during recent floods in the area, part of our carpet was effected. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to pull it up and air it all out - but that of course left it no longer secure. Let me tell ya, Carpet Mill Outlet is so reliable. I called Joe and he sent someone out within a day or two to restretch and reinstall the whole side of the room that was affected. We were so, so appreciative! What amazed me is that, once he saw the condition of my concrete slab, he advised that it really didn't need the work I anticipated. Rather than do unnecessary work (which would have benefited him), he gave his honest opinion, which benefited me. And rather than grouse for having to leave with no hope for financial gain, he was pleasant and seemed happy to give the advice. It was a great example of trying to benefit the customer. I am so glad we chose to come to Zuern instead of hiring an outside architect. Having the design services in-house allowed us to consult and coordinate with the sales department quickly and easily (regarding truss layouts, windows, etc).
