I've come here twice already to see a pain management specialist for my lower back pain. Front staff is nice. The nurse who typically checks your vitals I found to be rude. After discovering I had a certain condition, Wendy Nguyen, PA-C, was very knowledgeable regarding my condition and gave me any recommendations for my workplace. They have a small and narrow lot that's always crowded no matter that time of day. It gets frustrating because of the wait times. I'm on time for my appointment, but I don't get seen until more than 40 minutes later. The waiting room is very unusually large. They have one restroom for patients to use in the waiting room, and another one inside. They are only open on the weekdays. I am very selective when it comes to healthcare providers and I trust Wendy. read more

Dr. Feng is an amazing provider. He is very straight forward and provides the support families need. The staff on the other hand are rude , incentive and lack office etiquette. They often times are dismissive and laugh when patients are trying to ask questions or address concerns. Emily who refused to provide her name to me when asked for it , opted to put me on hold and transfer me to another staff after I asked for her name due to her being rude and unprofessional. read more

I've called this office numerous times during regular office hours to make an appointment, but no one ever answers! All I get is the same recording, saying to leave a message. I left a message last week, and no one ever bothered to return my call, which is highly unprofessional. Is this business even open? I believe that the front office of a direct reflection of the Doctors attention to detail. I was hospitalized for 6 weeks last year and the office and Dr Feng were a lifesavers! When I called, they made sure Dr Feng got my message and he came to see me and treat me on weekends, late evenings and on his days off. This doctor is a kind doctor he does help you out. You may not see eye to eye with him all the time, but as long as both parties have patience and understanding and listening to one another things will get done. I got my first trigger point injections, and as painful as it got, he was very polite and kind. We will be doing some other injection soon and I'm sure that it will be rough, but this doctor is kind so I'm sure that we will get through this just fine. The only thing I must say is when I am in the waiting room (lobby) I would rather see Animal channels over the programs that play. I'm a Christian and I don't like profanity and I don't like to watch movies. I like, watching things that are clean and keeping my eyes clean as I walk with the Lord. Totally waste of my time. After the first visit I knew I wasn't going back. I made appointment to speak with a doctor not a doctors helper for one. When I made my appointment, I explained why I was coming in, once I got there It was come back two times,theres no sence of urgency,​ I spent the last two weeks in pain and now they want me to wait another 2/3 weeks. This guy saved me. My back pain transitioned to extreme sciatic nerve pain from my butt to my foot, I couldn't walk and was struggling to get time treatment from my primary physician, or to get relevant scans to find a proper solution. I was super frustrated and Dr. Feng took the reins of my situation, was fully transparent, respectful, patient (even when I was a bit testy from my pain and frustration), and set me up with the therapy and treatment I need. I can walk without crutches with the help of some medication and working on the PT to hopefully get to a better place where I'm able to walk normally and exercise again. read more

I was unable to Stand longer than 5 minutes before my sciatic pain kicked in- I was able to get an epidural injection which allowed to me walk again and even exercise again. I am so grateful that I was able to get those two epidurals for my sciatica pain. read more

The English speaking lady who picked up the phone was very rude. Called in to change appointment and seems like she does not want to help me and then said she will have to charge for a reschedule fee. I called about a month ahead of time to reschedule so I just feel like the lady is lazy and doesn't want to help us. They have different locations. I can only speak for the City of Industry location which I have found is managed very well and has a friendly staff. The treating doctor, Dr. Kuo is sharp, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. What I most appreciate about him is that he takes the time to explain the ongoing condition and all possible treating options. In other words, he is advocating for his patients by thoroughly informing them so patients can make the most informed decision with their bodies. If your looking for pain medication Dr. Feng is NOT your guy. First thing he told me after I explained my problem he "said I don't write for narcotic meds now just muscle relaxers." He did two epidurals one me & they both failed. He's nice when you first meet him but on the second visit he seemed bored with me. Anyhow find a different doc if you need an RX for pain. read more

My experience with Dr Feng and his office has been very satisfying. My problem has been back and neck. Dr Feng has given me several epidurals to these areas and I am proud to say his procedures has given me hope for extended pain relief. I go in with a pain level at 6 or above and come out at a level of 2 or 3. His clinic staff is exceptional, kind and caring very professional. i would definitely recommend coming to Dr.Feng for a few months now. He was very understanding and explained a majority of the issues that I was having. I was having neck and uppder shoulder problems and after explaining that to him. He evaluated me and explained multiple treatment and had alot of options. I did not have to get pain medication. The doctor here is very nice but the asian lady in the front counter is really bad tempered and has a attitude. I asked her for an appointment and she yelled at me saying no theres only certain days available then she asked what's wrong with me and i told her i have back pain then once again she yelled at me saying if ur back hurts then go back home and take your medicine. This review is about the office help not Dr. Feng. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to get back to me with approval from my insurance for an epidural. I've called at least 5 times. The girl in the office returned my call twice telling me they were still waiting on my insurance. The last 3 calls were not returned. I called my insurance company this morning to find out if the epidural approval was in the works and my insurance company informed me that there was nothing in the works. I had a double spinal epidural yesterday and I am 100 satisfied with my experience from the time I got to the surgery center, the doctor speaking with me, his staff, the procedure itself. He offered multiple options to manage my pain with out forcing me to take Opioids. They are ways to treat pain that I didn't even know about. also his staff was very nice and I was able to speak with someone within 24hours. I just got assigned to dr.Feng. I'm sure the meeting for him wasn't quite the greatest ... I have been fighting with my insurance company for a year and a half since I switched to get my pain management covered so I'm quite defensive because all of the doctors are saying that there are new restrictions on medications. I have severe pain that has given me mini strokes and much more. He did his best to calm me down telling me just be myself, I like having a doctor who understands and let you be yourself. I think a doctor and patient should have that type of a relationship especially with pain management. He's very friendly and very helpful. I was a hot mess at this first appointment and I really can say I am looking forward to seeing this doctor next month and get more knowledge on all of the treatments for pain. I'm looking forward to learning more about my conditions and all of the options to relieve the pain as well as possible recovery.
