Just as importantly, when I refer him to a client, I know they are going to be taken care of and that I won't have to worry about following up or chasing things down. I've worked with plenty of painters over the years, and Tito is someone I know I can count on. Arteen is an owner-operator who takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. We've had many paint jobs done in different homes over the years, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was careful to keep everything clean before and after painting. For example, he removed every light switch, outlet, and fixture, cleaned them, and carefully put everything back. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting. He was flexible about working around other vendors who were in the home at the same time, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. We always knew when he would be there, what he planned to accomplish, and what had been completed. He is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend Arteen and will certainly call him again for future projects.

From the start, the owner John, manager Luis, and our main point of contact Alex provided an experience that was professional, reliable, and client-focused. A few things stood out right away: Fair and Honest Pricing: Their estimate was very competitive, with no hidden surprises. For the quality of work, the price was outstanding. Dependability: Every day, the team arrived on time, fully prepared, and left the job site spotless. They respected our home as if it were their own. Attention to Detail: The workmanship was meticulous. Clean lines, smooth finishes, and a flawless end result--exactly what you'd expect from true professionals. Outstanding Service: This is where they really shine. Every request or concern we had was addressed immediately and with genuine care. John, Luis, and Alex were responsive, cordial, and made sure nothing was left unresolved. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that delivers on all fronts--quality, price, professionalism, and customer service. CertaPro Painters did just that. If you are searching for a painting company that is honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and fairly priced, stop searching. CertaPro is the company you want. I got estimates from several highly rated painting companies on Yelp. Fredy stood out because he was personable and very knowledgeable, and his quote was incredibly thorough and reasonably priced for the scope of the work. It took me another 18 months to finally book the project, and I'm so glad we chose him. Fredy and his crew spent nine days at our house sanding, patching holes, caulking throughout, repairing water-damaged areas, taping, papering, painting, and repainting! The amount of preparation and attention to detail was remarkable. The crew is dedicated and caring! They also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They tried different stains on our wood shingles until we found a look we loved. After they painted our door, we realized we didn't like the type of paint we had selected. They redid it to our liking, no questions asked. Even on the last day, they were touching up spots all around the house to make sure everything looked right. The transformation is incredible, and the cleanup was flawless. Wonderful service, great people, and a dedicated crew. We love how our home looks and highly recommend Fredy and Essence Pro Painting.

While his quote was very similar to another vendor's quote (the third was outrageous), we went with Julio because of his apparent experience, and we do not regret it. We arranged a date that would work for us both, and he and his crew were on time, and got to work. After some of the prep work, he pointed out some additional areas with rotten wood that we hadn't noticed, and gave us a very good deal on replacing them, as they weren't included in the original quote (other vendors I would expect would use this opportunity to overcharge since we were already committed). He also asked if we wanted our concrete porch to be painted, which we hadn't even considered as a possibility, and again, gave us a good deal on it. His crew was skilled and paid attention to details. His time estimate was very accurate as well (it took 6 days including the power washing), and at the end, his crew went around the house to do touchups on things that were missed. We highly recommend Valle painting if you want to get your house painted. In the end, even with the additional work, the cost wound up being the same as the quote from our second vendor choice. We definitely picked the right people to do the job.
