At the time, platinum spot was around $103/dwt, making that pricing very difficult to justify. I ended up purchasing an identical 6.5 dwt band elsewhere for $825, again with appraisal and third-party verification included. This felt like aggressive markup rather than pricing based on actual materials or labor. Communication was also lacking, I was told emails and voicemails had been sent, but I never received either. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before doing business here.
