At the time, platinum spot was around $103/dwt, making that pricing very difficult to justify. I ended up purchasing an identical 6.5 dwt band elsewhere for $825, again with appraisal and third-party verification included. This felt like aggressive markup rather than pricing based on actual materials or labor. Communication was also lacking, I was told emails and voicemails had been sent, but I never received either. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before doing business here.

Half the time we find something wonderful that we absolutely HAVE TO TAKE HOME. And half the time we don't. Either way, we leave saying some version of the same thing: "How is THIS in Novato?"
