They prepared me for surgery both physically and mentally. They explained to me what to expect as far as pain and strengthening and what I needed to do in order to get back to where I wanted to be after surgery. Everyone at Scaccia PT are caring, compassionate and fun! I needed it all to get through the journey. I'm getting ready to schedule my other knee replacement surgery and I will be back to Scaccia PT for my before, during and after PT care!

But be aware, keep very accurate accounting of your copayments and make sure you get a receipt for every visit and keep them! The accounting process is very glitchy and I was sent invoices multiple times to pay for visits that were paid at time of service. When I would present bank information that supported that payment, I was asked to prove another payment date. This happened over 4 times, the last statement was for service in the summer of 2024. Over 18 months old. This post makes me very sad. I have tried all other ways to resolve this issue. As a fixed income senior, I find this experience to be too time consuming and discouraging to resolve. I paid double for the treatment I received just to end the frustration. I won't go back.

He was able to help me get my new voice after losing my voice from getting sick and then getting laryngitis. I am on the phone all day in my full-time work in sales, so it was imperative I took the time to get the strength I needed before returning to 40 hours a week of speaking. It took three months of intermittent therapy in order for me to regain my vocals full-time. David was very open about each stage I went through in order to ensure I was completely aware of what I am supposed to do and what I should expect, even if it meant unknowns because some areas were unpredictable and I needed to be prepared. My attending doctor also made certain I was aware that once I started back at work with his official release, that nothing was certain about how well my voice will hold up or not. So, I asked to retain David's therapy until I was absolutely comfortable and confident that my voice would not relapse or drop in strength or ability. I appreciate also that David shared his personal challenges with voice needs which reiterated the work we had accomplished with me illustrating he was well-versed in what he was having me practice. After I started back at work officially, I ensured I took full advantage of the warm up worksheets David provided me from the beginning of our sessions to the last ones. It was extremely valuable. I cried so much and so many times thinking I lost my voice for good. David was so well-informed and knowledgeable about his practices that I was able to restore my vocals with his personal and professional experience. I cannot thank him enough for helping me understand the importance of vocal care and its reciprocating health. Everyone knows this or that, but until you are unable to speak, you will be unable to know the extreme pain it brings you when it affects your passion, mine being a singer/songwriter for over 30 years. My passion was on the line, and he helped me gain it back with even better vocals than I had prior to. In fact, I am now at the same or better level as I was in college when taking vocal courses weekly and winning contests. It's now up to me to never let go of all that he and my doctors helped me reclaim through David's warm-ups - that I still do daily - and overall cognizance of my vocal health throughout my life.

One promised delivery date after another missed, often with no explanation. Emails, phone calls, a certified letter, and a letter from my attorney - all ignored as of the date of this review. So disappointed in this provider. We made clear the importance of having this assessment and report - he promised he could get it done - We made clear the urgency as time passed. Now the situation is desperate and all we get is silence. I do not recommend this provider. This has been devastating.

I booked my appointment weeks in advance just to find out a few days before that I am not allowed to come in. They informed me that without a vaccine or a negative PCR test I wasn't welcome. This would have been great to know ahead of time so I could have looked somewhere else to help me through my ruptured disk pain. I could understand if their restrictions were in place for travelers, but this is my job.. Very disappointed.
