Wanting to go to my appointment prepared, I brought Kayce to help me understand what all my issues and options were. Kayce helped me understand everything I had wrong and even advocated for me to get a more functional knee brace since I was going to be in it for the long run. Fast forward a month and COVID-19 hit, preventing me from participating in onsite pre-hab. Kayce ended up coming to my house regularly and treating my knee in my garage where we could leave the garage doors open for proper airflow while both armed with PPE. This allowed me to receive imperative treatment in a time I otherwise couldn't have. Post surgery, Kayce came to my rescue yet again. My bandages were wrapped so tight that I lost all the feeling in my foot. Kayce came over at the drop of a dime to rewrap my leg and inspect my incisions. Kayce possesses a vast knowledge of physical therapy techniques that has allowed me to successfully commence my healing journey during these unprecedented times. I got a "hot stone" massage- using Himalayan Salt stones and it was amazing. It was a 90 minute massage and I walked out at the end practically floating on air, because Ryleigh was so good. I will go back again and again, as long as my cancer allows and I will hope to have Ryleigh's services!

Back in Aug 2020 when I was 60 yrs old, while sitting at my desk, I bent over to pick up a…read morepaperclip off the floor and I felt my back pop. I thought that I just pulled a muscle. I went immediately to my chiropractor down the street to see if he could fix it. I ended up getting an MRI on my back. I had herniated the disc and had a couple of bulged discs. I went to a back surgeon that wanted to operate on my back, with no guarantees that it would be fixed. I knew I didn't want surgery or cortisone shots. I've heard too many bad things about them. I told my chiropractor what was going on and he thought that maybe he could help me, but it would take a very long time. In the meantime, Marty Turner owner of the Sacred Tree Massage and Reiki in Newburyport, who I had briefly met through some mutual friends, heard what happened and reached out to me. I knew nothing about massage therapy but was willing to try. Between my chiropractor and Marty Turner, I was pretty much back to normal in 6 months. I own a horse farm, so I'm very active mucking stalls, carrying 5-gallon jugs of water and moving 40 lbs. of hay daily. In the fall I'm raking up about 30 yrds of leaves. I also love to hike and ride in the side x side ATVs. I'm now 65 and still doing all of these things and more. I do go regularly once a month for a 1/2 hr massage to loosen up the muscles. I tried in the beginning to stop going monthly, but found out quickly that I needed to go. If Marty was able to fix my back with the help of the chiropractor, then I suggest that people give him a chance. He is very kind, honest, professional and makes you feel at ease. He will listen intently as to what's going on and will do his best to resolve the issues. Keep in mind, things don't always get fixed with just one visit. It could take several for the muscles to relax and release.

I have developed severe shoulder pain and has progressed to the other shoulder and is extremly painful, my complaints have gone ignored. I am suffering. I recently had another issue and was told it was bascially in my mind. My rugs had rotted matts and the dust and dirt in my apartment was unbareable. Breathing dust and dirt was horrible and I needed help and kindness it was all over me I wake in the morning and it would be in my eyes, around my mouth even in my ears.
