I called Kate at Hampton PT for an OT recommendation/referral. When I described my injury she said that she could provide treatment. What a difference!!!! The therapy that I have received at Hampton PT (by Kate) is by far superior to the previous treatment at Exeter. At Hampton PT, I get a full hour of treatment that include at least 30 minutes of intense treatment by the therapist. The results have been significantly positive. At Exeter, the treatment by the therapist was minimal; maybe 20 minutes of low to moderate treatment by the therapist. The difference is like night and day. I only wish that I had started with Hampton PT at the onset of my injury. Two years ago I was treated at Hampton PT for a herniated disc. Again, the treatment I received as awesome! I avoided surgery and was able to return to all of my activities (Golfing, gardening, etc.) I can't write enough positive comments about Hampton PT. Thank you! Thank you!

I saw a PA at this office because Dr. Davis was busy. But the PA did not listen to a word I said, causing me to go for a second appointment the next day to see Dr. PA suggested I'd be put in a brace and have a job and another I to the PA that I wanted to work with no restrictions. But he signed my form saying that I had a job which made it ridiculously stupid for the type of work. I do when the staff came in to put on a brace. I explained to them that Dr. Davis had already prescribed me and then I did not need a second one. I asked the girls to have the PA come back in and talk to me. They left the room and said that they told him and he was too busy to see make another appointment for Dr. Davis an MRI and the girl who waited on me be put out, two different offices with such different . Someone needs to go into the Exeter office and clean and stop talking on your cell phone when you need to be checking people in. The pain was such that he was unable to sleep (or even remain lying down for more than a few minutes). Melissa at Seacoast Body Balance was able to see him almost immediately and eased his pain greatly. She correctly diagnosed what was wrong (his primary care physician had not) and not only alleviated the pain but also suggested several ways to slow it's return and strengthen the area.. I've been to a few different…read moretherapists here however, we all have our favorites: Dale, Lynn and Cassie, however it doesn't seem she is there anymore :( Dale is kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable of all things related to my muscles and why certain parts hurt. It's nice to hear the almost excitement when she talks about the muscles and how everything works. It just shows how passionate she is about what she does. We have had great conversations while I've been on the table, as well as nice quiet sessions where she digs deep into my aches and pains. She listens and focuses on my needs which is what I appreciate. Lynn is no different. She focuses on my needs, my aches and where it really feels right and needs that extra touch. Unfortunately, her schedule doesn't typically work for me, but when I have a short day I try to schedule with her to get some variety in techniques. Cassie really worked intensely on my back and neck and always did a great job. I was always impressed with her amount of pressure and ability considering she is such a petite woman. I'm not sure where she is, but I'd follow her to her other practice. I have sent many friends over to Rejuvenations, as well as my mom. Everyone has had nothing but a pleasant experience with Lynn and Dale. I've been to several different massage therapists within at 20 mile radius and I am loyal specifically to this place because of these two excellent therapists.
