I arrived at the prescribed time for my appointment, filled ou the obligatory paper work ( 10 mins ) and 25 minutes later i had still not been served. I got a request from recptionist to take a call from the Exeter office. I was told i would not be able to take the physical as Eric had taken my BP and it was high. ( mind you i have been in waiting room ) no one took my BP Additionaly the rude lady from exeter informed me i needed to get more paper work from my cardiologist and a letter. so there was no appointment no apology for any thing they may have had to do with this. I was told i needed to come back at another time to get the physical. Further i never got a call back when i left message to scheduele my appointment. i had to call 3 x to get a time This group needs a professional to manage this out of control practice. I started going to the ladies at Kate Schwartz when I was put into an air-cast (still non weight bearing). After every single visit, I walk out feeling like I could run a mile. They not only helped me to reduce the swelling/increase range of motion in my ankle, but also identified what was wrong with my knee! Something that the doctors could not identify. I continue to be amazed by the amount of knowledge these ladies have and how quickly they've helped me get back on my feet and back to normal activity. I am hoping I never have another injury like this, but if I do, I will come back to this team in a heartbeat!

The whole 45 minutes was focused on my therapy! Ang was very thorough and really cared about my pain level and working with me to push me as far as I could go to improve but without adding injury. She also has a super calm and pleasant demeanor, so she's fun to work with in a rehab setting. She was on time for all of my appointments.
