This business opened 2 years ago (in 2018) in Rocky River so they are still fairly new. The facility is very neat and clean. EYE EXAM -- The whole exam took about 15-20 minutes. You will go through the standard eye check then test your eye sight by reading letters off a board. I also added 2 additional services, a blood pressure test one other test (for a total of about $25 extra). I can't remember the name of the other test but I think it was a glucose test. My insurance covered the eye exam and new frames (new glasses). I paid extra because my insurance didn't cover everything 100%. I also added blue light to my glasses to reduce the effect of eye strain when starring at a computer. GLASSES -- There are so many options to choose from. Cindy, the front desk clerk, helped me choose which frames to get. I ended up with a colourful and patterned DRAPER JAMES frame. Draper James eyewear was started by actor Reese Witherspoon which is cool because I had no idea that she had a glasses line. As a Vietnam veteran, my husband deserves to be treated with dignity. After years of 5-star experiences, we'll now be looking elsewhere for our eye care. I have had a lot of experiences - good and bad - and I can honestly say that Eyezone is the best I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door to the beautiful lobby, you are greeted warmly. Before my appointment, they were very helpful with answering questions about certain exams that my insurance covered. The forms were easy to fill out (most of them you can do online beforehand) and before I knew it, the appointment had began. The pre-exam was an absolute breeze. I was ushered from room to room with speed, though I didn't feel like anything was being missed. I just got the sense that they understood that my time was valuable and wanted to make everything as efficient as possible. After that, I didn't wait in the exam room that long before my doctor was there. She was just amazing. Conversation with her was so easy, something I rarely experience with a medical professional. She did the standard tests and figured out my vision perfectly, and she was great about answering questions I had and even mentioning that pregnancy and breastfeeding can change my vision a bit, something that not even my medical doctor had told me! She was extremely knowledgeable and I found it easy to trust everything she said. When it was time to pick out my glasses, the gal that helped me was equally awesome. She was patient with my picky self, and chose a frame that I never would've picked up and it turned out to be the perfect fit for my facial structure. She was very up-front about what my insurance covered, and the options that I had with my high prescription. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made me feel so welcome. They gave me a thorough examination and Dr. Savitt took the time to explain very well the reasons for some of my symptoms. I did not feel rushed or made to feel that my concerns were not important. He even took the time to re-check the vision tests to make sure. Gina helped me find glasses and another tech came over to help me make a decision on which classes looked best! Why do I always go to pick out glasses by myself? So they really helped me decide. Gina also was very thorough- making sure of the fit of the lens on my eyes. The prices are pretty competitive with other places. I never have to wait long and it's a nice clean environment. This is a good place to go for glasses especially if you have a family because I can see Dr Lorand interacting with kids. He's a very nice guy. There's plenty of parking on the street and they aren't crowded. I'm glad I found this place, now all I have to do is find a dentist
