Kevin was really professional and able to email me a quote shortly after our meeting. I figured they would be booked and planned to schedule a few weeks out for installation. Understanding my schedule Kevin was able to come later that day with his service manager Doeane to take care of the installation. Doeane made sure to go over the setup/ operation of the alarm in detail and made sure everything was working properly. Kevin was committed to making sure that I was comfortable with the price and explained the quote giving me multiple options to see what would work best for my needs. 10/10 from beginning to end, would recommend based on my experience.

UPDATE: in addition to the problems I noted previously, APN makes it difficult to cancel your…read morecontract. They are non-transparent about their cancellation policy: you have to momitor the end of your contract and call them multiple times to cancel or they will roll you automatically into an extended contract. Custimer service passes you off to one another and then requires a cancelation document (none of which is in the contract language). Finally, "customer service" is argumentative in response to a fair critique of their services. This service is overpriced for a system that often fails. Even when the system is inoperable you pay for service until it's fixed (which you must arrange to repair and pay for).
