They are non-transparent about their cancellation policy: you have to momitor the end of your contract and call them multiple times to cancel or they will roll you automatically into an extended contract. Custimer service passes you off to one another and then requires a cancelation document (none of which is in the contract language). Finally, "customer service" is argumentative in response to a fair critique of their services. This service is overpriced for a system that often fails. Even when the system is inoperable you pay for service until it's fixed (which you must arrange to repair and pay for).
