We recently hired Isaiah and his team at Reliable Repairs for a full bathroom renovation, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Isaiah was professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about delivering quality work. A special shoutout to his helpers, Westley and Layiklun, who were fantastic throughout the project--punctual, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done right. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Everything was completed on time, within budget, and the space looks better than we imagined. Highly recommend Reliable Repairs to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled contractor. Thanks again to Isaiah and the whole crew! read more

The owner sent out an email asking for an honest review, so here I am. I first was quoted by the scammy snake service called Steves, its basically a group of people who buy 5-star reviews and sponsored placements then the high-grade off being the #1 spot in the state, but they quoted my elderly grandmother $11,000 for a simple water heater install. Instead I'm glad that I talked to Iziah? I think that's his name. He had one of his people install it for a TINY fraction of that cost, and they did all the electrical. The best part is these guys are licensed and bonded so there are no permitting issues. Steve's should be in prison though, whoever is behind that elderly abuse scam. read more

Disclaimer: I was asked to leave a review for service rendered on April 2nd, 2025 so thats why I'm leaving this. I called this company after looking at google reviews for licensed electricians in my area. I had an electrical fire caused by I believe a faulty multi plug thing (idk what its called), and I had admittedly just used the home without that circuit for years. I called this company thinking I would get charged a lot, but it was actually extremely affordable and they did everything up to code and fixed the wall and patched everything. The work was remarkable fast and affordable. Had I known this I would have done it right after the issue. read more

Limited power for 2 weeks. Had to wait for solar to check their system. Solar cleared but they said supply line from pole was damaged. Called Isaiah and scheduled within 4 days, had a opening and came two days early. Correctly diagnosed the problem as corroded fittings at mast head and power pole. Fixed within two hours. Isaiah and his apprentice Gavin very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything and showed bad parts. Came inside and made sure panel was operating correctly. Great service and reasonable for area. Back to full power and will call him again for any other issues. read more

I was asked to leave an accurate review. Their business motto should be "The Only Licensed Electricians in Town", lol. Basically I've worked with mostly unlicensed people or journeymen level electricians. It takes years and years to get the right qualifications and it showed when you have complex faults in your home. The price was very low considering they fixed the issue in two hours. The last time I hired an "electrician", they charged me $500 to stand around thumbing electrical boxes to run up the bill. Thank you for doing such a good job and not taking advantage like so many out here do. read more

I was introduced to Isaiah by a neighbor who was raving about him. I'm at the tail end of a new home build and needed numerous various tasks done ie: towel racks installed, gazebo cover replacement, wall oven installed etc. When I spoke with Isaiah I found him to be knowledgeable about many home projects. He did an excellent job with every project I've hired him for and I actually have a list of other projects I'm going to have him tackle. His rates are comparable to others here in Hawaii but what sets him apart is his communication, timeliness and skills. read more

All I can say is WOW! I am amazed by the attention to detail and the knowledge they have. No job is to big for them! Honest, fair and fast. Called for a leak in my wall and they were able to find the problem and have it fixed promptly. Needed some electrical work done as well and they were able to tackle it same day. The convenience of only needing one company to fix a range of problems was hands down worth the money. They will definitely be the only company I hire for any future projects! Thank you again for the amazing work! read more

We had a nightmare situation where things didn't match the blueprints and the building was not properly up to code. We called reliable repairs because our leaseholder was threatening to do XYZ and use it as leverage over our head. We bought the building like this and it went all the way through closing too. We needed a ton of work done FAST and they came through so we don't mind answering the call to write you a review. Also, the price was very good for a rushed permit. Thank you. read more

The owner emailed us and asked if we could share feedback so I said sure. We subcontracted to them when we had a 30,000 square ft project that was way behind schedule and they were able to help us out. The work was good quality and we had ultimately been very impressed how when things had to be moved out of the way, they took the time to put it all back together. I know a lot of electricians who would have left other contractors to do that. A range work for sure. read more

We have done an extensive remodeling. Getting things completed and done well has been a challenge. We hired Isiah to do some finishing work. I wish I had hired him to do everything! He was incredible. He surpassed my expectations. He is professional, efficient, friendly, honest, and a perfectionist. He did such an amazing job we hired him to do even more work. If you're looking for a handyman who won't disappoint, I can whole heartedly recommend him to you!! read more

Definitely the most professional outfit in the area. They have all the correct licenses and they don't lollygag around billing uncontrollably. I used their electrician service because i need a second home connected to power and it had to be permitted. Most the guys out here can't pull permits because it takes years to get bonded and licensed. Fortunately these folks did it and the price was great. read more

I was selling my house and found out that I needed all the GFI's replaced, but more importantly the breakers were mis-balanced, which would explain why the lights always pulsed. I couldn't close on the deal until these issues were taken care of. The owner of the business came out in literally 20 minutes and fixed it all before 9:00 pm and we closed the deal! read more

I contacted Reliable Repairs to have multiple projects done around my home including AC window unit installed, switching out ceiling lights, and electrical diagnostics. All were completed efficiently and with expertise. Isaiah was kind, smart, and a pleasure to have working in my home. I will definitely be hiring him for future projects. read more

A few weeks ago I called this business because I had drywall damage from a roof leak from back in 2020. They did a great job and found a serious mold issue inside the wall. I needed some wood, mold remediation, drywall, and painting. I paid only $350. Thank you for letting me slide, i know the repair should have cost more. read more

Five star service for sure. I don't trust most of the contractors out here because there seems to be a culture of learning on the job without before getting licenses at the home owners expense. This service however is licensed, professional, and affordable. Everybody knows what I'm talking about too. read more

Isaiah is the best! He was very friendly, professional, explained all our concerns, came in a timely manner & gave the best customer service we could ask. We HIGHLY recommend him & will definitely be contacting him for our future projects. Thanks again Isaiah! read more
