The manager there on a Saturday was very nice and helpful. I will ask her name when I go back. I can buy my size easily on Aldo.com, but I like to see the shoe and feel the quality before I buy. After she confirmed they don't have my size in a specific shoe (typical for most brick and mortar stores), she can order them and I have the choice of them being shipped to my home or the store. I chose the store because if they don't fit, I can refund them on the spot without having to go to the UPS store! I'm pleased that I have a good local shoe resource. Receipt clearly says return within 60 days... so I get it. Although I do not expect shoes to last a lifetime, I do expect shoes I paid $80 for to last more than twice . Shoes I bought here broke ( came unglued) on the second time I wore them. Manager would not do a store exchange . I learned my lesson ... will never buy from here again. I'm writing this review to express the level of disrespect the "so-called" store manager, Breanna had towards my parents. My father bought shoes less an a month ago, gave them a shot, wore them and noticed that one of the shoes hurt his feet. We buy ALDO's all the time and since this was the first time he experienced discomfort, he decided to take them back. She neglected to refund the purchase, according to company policy. No worries there, if that is the store policy but the level of attitude and failure to conduct business in a respectful and kind manner is UNACCEPTABLE. But it gets worse... My dad was able to exchange the shoes for another pair, but out of spite, Breanna gave him 2 different shoes at the time of exchange. One shoe was brown and the other was black. He didn't realize it until he got home. My parents then had to go back to get the correct shoes. They dealt with Janet and she was able to kindly help them out. Totally different attitude then the other one. I called the store today, Breanna refused to provide me with the district managers contact info. It was a struggle to get her to take my name and number down to pass along to district manager. She knew why I wanted to escalate the call. RESPECT NON-NEGOTIABLE. I'm waiting on a call back.. today is 12/1. I will not stop until I speak to upper mgnt on this situation. This is my date stamped preliminary statement. read more

We just went into Aldo at 2:00pm and the only shoe they had in my sons size was a display model and there was a major and obvious flaw in the pattern of the shoe which was unacceptable for $125 shoe but if it had been discounted it might have been tolerable. The employee said he was unable to discount shoes. Which may be the stores policy, however, they shouldn't try to sale you an inferior product at the same price. They may want to consider staffing the place on the weekend with someone with more authoritty or if it is the stores policy they may want to reconsider their policy on discounting flawed shoes. The male employee was very kind and hardworking. This is not a negative review on the employee . He just was adamant about not being able to discount shoe. read more

This Aldo's team was so friendly. The manager, Kallie, was so helpful and it looked like she really works hard at keeping the store clean and ensuring that all their customers are well taken care of. They also help a lot if you go in looking for a shoe but unsure what style you should go with. And they're all so beautiful and nicely dressed. Went there to return some shoes that were doing a squishing noise but the guy there refused to do the return, he did not have any customer service. When I asked him why his reply was "would you buy some shoes that you were used before??" I put them on at home once to get the feeling and see if I like them. Terrible experience!!! The leather on my shoe ripped away at the seem after two hours of wearing them and they wouldn't let me return them because they were worn. The manager Valerie, SUCKS. She's extremely nice to you face-to-face but as soon as you're gone, she talks about you in such a bad way. I knew someone who worked there and she told me how everything was. Valerie never gives her employees fair hours and keeps them all to herself.
