There was no consideration for children or for a regular customer. Leon, who cut my son's hair, is amazing--kind, professional, and very talented. My issue is with the manager, front desk, and owners. But after I scratched my itch, that really set her off. There was no heads-up, no "hey, can you try to stay still for me" - just a sudden sharp comment out of nowhere. It caught me completely off guard, especially since everything had seemed fine up to that point. After she lost it, I was very uncomfortable and afraid to move because she might lose it again. I noticed a few other reviews here mention impatience, and unfortunately my experience lines up with that. It's a shame, because the actual haircut was well done, but a comment like that, with no warning, isn't something I want to navigate again. Bottomline is, I won't be rebooking. Sunni is really rude and unprofessional.
