Delicious Smelling 3 Wick Candle for under $5. I lit it and my husband literally thought I baked a dessert when he came into the house!!!

Aldi is a great place to get snacks like nuts, chips and chocolate. They have great seasonal items for a bargain price. My favorite would be the 3 wick candles. They have some very nice ones, all under $5. The only downside to Aldi in my opinion is that they don't bag your items at checkout. If you have many items, this can be tedious so bring a friend to help

All this for 71 bucks! Can't beat it!

I have loved Aldi ever since I was a little girl. This is one of the best places to do discounted grocery shopping. Aldi brand items are just as good as designer brand items and, sometimes they even sell brand-name items at lower prices. You can find almost anything you need at Aldi and they are making efforts to provide more and more specialty type foods. They sell coconut oil, cashew butter, almond butter, raw honey, have a great line of fit and active foods, as well as a specialty line of Italian food products and even sell some Latino foods. Sometimes you will have to do a once over of your produce, but at what grocery store do you not have to do that? I really like this particular location as it is in one of the areas that I work in. It's a newer store, so it's clean, bright, and the shelves are well-stocked.I heard one of the employees joking around with a customer and I really liked that. Sometimes Aldi employees can seem a little cut and dry - after all, they try to get you in and out with their lightning speed scanning skills lol. But I feel that the employees at this Aldi are pretty nice. There's also a nice selection of wine and be beer here. Scored a cute bottle of Sauvignon Blanc for $3.99 and a 6-pk of Mexican beer for $5.99. So it's not Corona or a bottle of high priced wine. I don't mind. I just see it as a way to expand my horizons and try some different brands of adult beverages. ;-) You also don't want to forget to take a stroll down the specialty household items, as they change those products out every so often. They've got some great deals going on right now for summer and household storage products. I once scored an ice cream maker here for $14.99 and it works great!! I've also bought cooking utensils, nice cutting boards, and baking sheets during some of the specialty sales. This is all around one of my favorite stores to shop in. You really get the bang for your buck. Love me some Aldi!

I shop at numerous Aldi locations and the Roanoke store is the neatest, well staffed and well stocked.

It is amazing how people will stop be lazy and return the cart if they have invested a quarter.

How to shop at Central Market? Make a list otherwise it's so easy to pick up so many extras. This…read morereview is about my favorites at Central Market. I am here for the produce, mostly! Everything is fresh and in abundance. They have these cherry tomatoes called "Flavor Bombs" and are so good and sweet. Plus all the fresh herbs are amazing. Sometimes I shop here just for the produce. You can take a shortcut through the doorway into self-service coffee, nuts, candy and spices or continue to Seafood and Meats. My favorite in seafood is the Lobster in the tank and only when it's a special occasion And in the meat area, I like their pork chops, ground pork, and large hamburger patties. In the middle store I like their olive oils, with so many choices but my favorite is the Central Market Sicilian flavor. Now for the cheese and dairy my go to butter is the La Gall French Butter, so good. We like their fresh baked breads especially the Sour Dough and Naan. Near Checkout you will beautiful flowers that are fresh with so many choices. Until next visit!!! Shop Central Market!

This is my go-to grocery store for just about everything. They consistently have what I need, and…read morethe quality of their produce and meat is exceptional. The freshness and selection always exceed expectations. Coming from New England, I'm extremely picky about seafood, and this is the only place in the area where I'll buy it. That says a lot about their quality and standards. Crowds can be intense on Saturdays and Sundays, especially around the produce and meat sections. It feels like being packed in with sardines (lol pun), but that's just a sign of how popular the store is. If you prefer a calmer shopping experience, I recommend going on weekdays or in the evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once, while I was debating how a seasonal product might taste, an employee overheard me and offered to open a box so I could sample it. I was honestly surprised to learn that they'll open almost anything for you to try. I declined and bought it anyway, but that level of service really impressed me. I also love how Central Market leans into the seasons. Their themed décor changes throughout the year, adding charm and warmth from the entrance to the back of the store. One Christmas, a violinist was performing near the seafood counter. Shopping for dinner while listening to live holiday music was such a special touch and exactly the kind of experience that makes this place stand out. The only reason I'm deducting a star is for the restrooms near the wine and beer section. On the very rare occasion I've had to use them, they've been filthy and unpleasantly odorous. For a store that takes such pride in presentation and quality, the bathrooms fall short of their otherwise excellent standards. Despite that, Central Market remains one of my favorite grocery destinations; a place that truly elevates the everyday shopping experience.
