I've had two instances where I've had croissant sausage rolls, and they tasted like the dough had absorbed the scent of Fabuloso. I'm thinking the dough is not stored airtight. Another time, I purchased a bottle of milk here and it was sour even though it had not yet expired. I went with the English breakfast tea which I enjoyed with cream and honey. Patti, the owner was kind, welcoming and checked up on us throughout the night. The atmosphere was lively, calm and I enjoyed the live music. I ordered a blueberry scone which came with a delicious citrus smear. Patti mentioned there will be more events throughout the summer/fall, so we will be looking forward to our next visit.
