I had to ask for napkins and a spoon?!! The two girls that were working that day were also very rude to my daughter and her friend and were laughing at them. It made them not order anything inside, so I went through the drive thru for them and that's when we got the açaí bowl covered in pesto and an attitude from the girl working the window. I would rather drive a few more minutes and have to walk inside to get a smoothie at Smoothie King than wait out this mess again.

I'd go back just for the crème brûlée version alone.. it has a toasted caramel layer on top of the cheese foam that's like a dessert it's so so good! Haven't yet tried this place and was so glad I did. Kyla greeted me and took my order. As I sat in the shop, I felt so free! The windows and doors were rolled up and air flowed through. When she returned, there was a sweet, "Happy Mother's Day," inscribed on my coffee lid. What a nice surprise! We chatted for a bit about the morning and she was so generous and kind. She could have easily said, 'thanks, have a nice day,' but she took an extra second or so to connect and it was a huge blessing for this Mom's first Mother's Day so far away from home. It was a very nice, "Welcome to Texas," from Kyla and this coffee shop. I hope to bring the hubby and kids next time, just not so early as they sleep in on Saturdays.

I stopped by this afternoon and ordered several food items, a coffee, and one of their amazing candles. At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out! I picked up their new Cherry Almond Buttercream scent, and it smells absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

Why go to a chain brand coffee shop when you can get hand crafted drinks that are better quality and the same size for cheaper here? Go try one yourself and see what I am talking about.

Furthermore, their parking lot can be a little tricky to get in and out of, but again, that doesn't seem to keep the crowds away. Don't worry though, the long line moves quickly! Not surprisingly, I can't recall ever seeing as many people queued up at any of the nearby Starbucks locations.

There was a 15 minute wait and there was hardly anybody inside the restaurant eating. There was only a handful of tables. So clearly at this point they were shortstaffed, which is understandable at that time of day. Next, we were seated after our wait and we ordered two drinks from the bar. It took about over 15 minutes for those drinks to show up. The server forgot. We ordered an appetizer of the avocado egg rolls. Those were great. We then ordered our meals and the employee never wrote down our order. In fact, no employee ever wrote down anything. They just commit committed it to memory, which is fine unless you forget. And that's exactly what happened in my case. They bring out our dinner and my wife's order was correct and mine was a completely different dish. So I had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my entire dish. Meanwhile, my wife has already finished her meal. I got to eat while she watched and waited. No apology. No effort to make things right. In a situation like this you would think they would offer to comp one of the entrees. Nope. I was not very happy and on top of that I figured at the minimum they would probably not charge me for the errors that they made. Nope they did not. They didn't even offer any type of concession. Now I did not ask for one because that's not something that I do, but I think in this situation they should have tried to do something. Because of this, I will never go back to this place again. The service was absolutely abysmal. There's better places to eat around here like Shoal Creek. This cheesecake factory is small and it just was not very impressive at all as far as the service goes. The food was fine once I got it. But the point is it was our anniversary and we wanted to enjoy our dinner together yet we got to eat separately. So thanks cheesecake factory for ruining our 13 year wedding anniversary with your terrible service. Definitely will not be going back here and I do not recommend this location. I'm giving this ONE star because the food was at least good. Service is awful.
