At Smokers Heaven the exact same item was $39.95. I'm good with a little markup. But, more than twice?! Nah... That's called price gouging. I won't go back for anything. Hard pass. Unless you want to get completely ripped off... avoid this place like the plague.

I bought it on a Thursday and opened on a Sunday. Attempted return and was declined because "I bought it Thursday". It was very easy to see it never worked from the beginning. The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area. I, for one, will not be back and will encourage anyone I know to go elsewhere.

She was super friendly, personable and would give you a free pack of cigars when you would buy 4. They need to bring back "buy 4, get one free". Also, I've been using my number for the reward points and I have no idea how the reward system works. Aside from that, great location, good selection and the workers are cool. P.S. Royal honey packs being $9.99 a pack is highway robbery. They're $1.99 at Sirius Vapor down the street. Nobody likes going into an establishment and knows they're being overcharged for something.

So I went into the shop hoping to buy some butane and go home to figure out how to put it in the lighter. The gentleman working that day was soooo helpful! But, I wanted to say that the customer service in my opinion was top notch!

The manager welcomed us in, and I didn't feel overwhelmed when we walked in since I know most smoke shops are questionable with their initial appearance. I had a lot of questions about the products they offered. Conner, the store manager, was knowledgeable about the variety of vape products and gave me an overview of their best-selling products. I didn't even know there were that many options to choose from! I thought my experience was going to be overwhelming, but Conner allowed me to test a few juices before I committed to one. I was able to choose a juice called "Dinner Lady" which had a lemon tart flavor to it. I highly recommend this flavor if you need a fruit-flavored suggestion. I really appreciate the time and patience Conner had because my friend and I definitely asked way too many questions. The prices for their products were reasonable. They also have a prize wheel which was a nice addition to my experience there. I ended up getting 5% off my purchase as a prize. Follow them on Facebook for updates about discounts! They're always posting about new deals that come up, and you can learn about the products they have as well. Don't forget to check in on Yelp for a discount too. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and definitely will come back for my vape/smoking needs. I felt comfortable knowing I can walk in, check out the newest products, and ask questions to see which products matched my needs.
