I bought it on a Thursday and opened on a Sunday. Attempted return and was declined because "I bought it Thursday". It was very easy to see it never worked from the beginning. The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area.
