Where this went wrong was coming home and finding the container empty. I should've checked the container before leaving the store. When I brought this up to the clerk, he told me there was nothing he could do so I had to buy another. It probably wasn't his fault that the container didn't have the product it promised, and it very well may have been over him to rectify the situation. Still, I was annoyed that I had to pay twice for a product I didn't receive the first time.

I bought it on a Thursday and opened on a Sunday. Attempted return and was declined because "I bought it Thursday". It was very easy to see it never worked from the beginning. The clerk, a guy wearing a tie-dye, seemed to enjoy saying no. No attempt to assist. No discussion, didn't test the device. Just said, nope and see ya. I'm giving them two stars only because the other person I've dealt with there was awesome. Losing a customer that may have generated about $3000 annually over a $45 vape. Already moved on to a better store. They've offered to exchange this item as it clearly wasn't used. That's customer service. Good luck competing with the 75+ other shops in the area. I, for one, will not be back and will encourage anyone I know to go elsewhere.
