If you're a fan of the conventional grocery store experience...Aldi is not it. It's like a mini Costco without the membership but they do have those boxes for you to take your wares out to the car. The prices are less than Publix and even Winn Dixie but it lacks the selection...more like a pot luck of what's available. This is a no frills place but I'll tell you what, if you want to pay half of what you pay at Publix, then this is the place! You have to put a quarter in the get a cart and you must either bring your own bags or buy there recycled ones for $1.99 each which is what I ended up doing. They have everything from fruits and veggies, to chips and dip, to cupboard goods and even wine! All imported. I am so glad i found this gem and will be back very very soon =) read more

I was just introduced to it about a week ago in another city and walking through the store aisles was in disbelief the prices---and then when I tasted the food I was immediately compelled to shop here when returning back to Miami. I went today to this location--no issues with parking-- and was impressed----2 things, bring a quarter and bring your own shopping bags. Do not expect frills but I don't need that for grocery shopping--this is not shopping in a mall or boutique store or a dining out experience, I just need to get the basics and move it along-- I bought the following items for a total of $55 Block of mild cheddar cheese 3 BOTTLES OF WINE (yessss, they are good, I had tried previously-Winking Owl is the brand) Bag of white cheddar popcorn-4 oz) Bag of blue tortilla chips-9 oz Box of rosemary&olive oil crackers A deli pizza-(I had tried already and loved the thin crust style) Pancake mix Pancake Syrup Fresh salsa Pepperoni slices Loaf of honey oat bread Box of instant oatmeal (10 in a box) Bacon Dozen large eggs Triple chocolate cake--looks like a bundt cake Febreze spray Orange Juice Packaged turkey slices-similar to the national brand packaging All this for $55??!! As far as staff--they were friendly and polite and I did see a line build up but nothing more than any other grocery store. I absolutely love this place. If you're looking for a great grocery store and you're on a budget this is definitely a place you should check out. I've never seen a grocery store with better prices in my life. I can't believe I haven't been going to Aldi until now- it's wonderful! Ok Aldi is not trader joes by no means, but it gets the job done if you are looking for cheap items. The store could use a bit of a lift since it's a bit disorganized and run down, but some food items are really a bargain. Aldi is an interesting place. It is plain jane and that is what I really do like about it. Each store I have been in is laid out simple and similar so you know where each product is quickly. They do not have bags, they make you pay with deposit for a shopping cart, but all this saves money on each the consumer and sellers ends so that is a win/win. Similar to its sister company Trader Joes, Aldi has its own brands and these are super inexpensive and for a lot of folks, I am sure a great deal and product. We have a couple go to items here like the crunch bars and cookies with chocolate and icing (can't think of the exact name right now). If you are near an Aldi at all, give it a try, I think you will enjoy. read more

I love this place. For newcomers you have to understand it is the European way of doing grocery shopping. You bring your 25 cents coin and put it in kart to get it and there is no plastic bags so bring reusable bags or get boxes from store. read more

Don't go to Aldi looking for top of the line, gourmet stuff. You won't find it. What you will find is the kind of stuff you want to keep in your kitchen cupboard, like pasta, cans of tuna, cans of chicken breast for an emergency chicken salad and so forth. I can tell you their wine is a really good deal; wines that I'd seen at other places at least $2 cheaper. Their nuts, their trail mixes etc., are really good value. We are expecting a hurricane, and I was out of cat food, so I bought 6 cans of cat food for my kitty kids, and so far they loved it; I read the label before I bought it and the ingredients seemed very good, so I bought 6 cans and I am glad I did. Didn't see a dry cat food, but maybe because of the weather it had all sold out. I also bought a handle of clumping cat litter, don't need to use it yet, but will post yea or nay. I was glad I was introduced to Aldi. They changed the way I shop. After paying tons of at other supermarkets then shopping at Aldi and getting twice the food for less, I was able to save money to do many things. The staff here has always been really nice to me. The selection of items changes regularly so you might find a favorite item and then it will be gone for weeks. If you have never been here you must come. Start saving money and doing more..... Although the location is good, the parking lot is dark after sundown. I am an Aldi fan, however, if you don't get here early, you may not find what you need. Today is Sunday and nearly 6:30pm, there is barely any meat, packaged lettuce, or pizzas, among other items. There is no one restocking merchandise. I hesitate to say great things about this market because it will just get busier and busier as more and more ppl become aware of its gr8 prices, good selections, and high quality !!! I started coming here about a year ago when it wasn't as crowded as it is these days since the good word has gotten out !!! Almost all the basics are there, but if u want 50 kinds of cereal or whatever u will prob be happier at Publix !!! ALDI is like a MUCH smaller version of Costco - less selection perhaps but with Costco prices (without huge sized packages) - a little disorganized but the low prices make the hunt worth it !!! Highly recommend for all ur basic food shopping needs along with special hard goods deals each week !!! Once u get used to where what ur looking for is, u will grow to love Aldi for the savings !!! Great prices for good quality food. I love the low cost business model of paying a quarter for cart that you will get back later. It cuts labor so savings can go to customers. Good selection of items, service is decent. I recently tried the diapers and they are just as good as more costly brand names ones. My baby also loves their organic baby food. read more

The prices might be good and the quality decent but the service and atmosphere is like a cold war bread line. The staff does not smile and they seem ordered to be miserable. This is not a fancy place but it has a wide variety of products. From what I can tell, they carry their own genetic brand but you can also find some of your favorite brand names. The prices are by far more affordable than publix and Win Dixie. The one thing I do not like is that some products are not constantly available and some of the frozen foods are too cheap qualitywise. Putting that aside, its a really good place to shop because of their variety pf products and affordable prices. They even carry organic products!!I highly recommend this place :) read more

I went first time at this store, 01/07/16 at 12:55pm and regretfully definitely will be the last! Together with my Mom excited about the low prices ready to buy groceries enough to cover for the next two weeks or so for both my parents house and my house. The disaster started right before we enter when we tried to pick up a shopping cart. They were locked and noone to ask arround. When I enter to find someone The first person I saw at the register was apparently the manager. This lady was extremly unfriendly and straight told me you need a quoter to get a shopping cart. I responded oookay this is something never seen before and I went back to find my mom and luckily we found a quoter! Than I tried to exit and the exit door wouldn't open ?? Tried to tiger the sensor and nothing, again nobody arround. Then out of nowhere the manager is walking towards me. And with the biggest attitude in the world asked me: Is this your first time here? Me : Yes Than she walked slowly towards the exit looking extremely anoyed and said First let me tell you the rules here ?? I couldn't not belive the whole experience just to get a shopping cart and obviously I started being unpatient and told her: Sorry all I need is a shopping cart please provide me only that so I can start my shopping finally !!! Than she told me: You've being rude and if you have a bad day you can't talk like that to a women ?? I was shocked I told her I was in a perfect mode untill I arrived there. I was genuenly happy. I could not belive what she was telling me? ? Than I asked what is her name so I can Address my concern with other employee. After that she completely lost it and said I'm not providing you with my name. And if you ask one more time I will ask for you to be removed from the premises ??? It was beyond outrageous. All went to extreme. After all of that to be honest I got extremely angry from the treatment we received from this unstable person unfortunately the only manager at the store. I had to go to the cashier to ask for the manager's name. However the cashier was so intimidated and afraid from her manager, that she apologized and told me I'm sorry I only work here. So I left and until this moment I don't have the name of the person who is sadlly the only manager there. I wrote right away to the customer service on the website to report the incident. However they don't have a phone number, just an email so I'm sure they have the typical we will respond within 24 to 72 hours. Overal my experience was disaster and even more sadly that my mom had to witness all off that. However I don't think that overal store is a bad choice. The prices are amazing and the cashiers were very friendly. However in my opinion is no mather what, do not ask for the manager at this store. read more

I honestly have to say the cashiers are horrible lately! I think they can get them all, and this new girls are the worst! Worst attitude ever! They don't say hello, they don't say thank you, the throw your food! Wow! What ever happened to the sweet ladies working when they first opened? I mean prices are good but to be honest I rather go to publix and spend more money where I can have a better customer service!! I've shop in aldi for years now, and something that they don't do in this one is that you constantly have to tell them to open another register, I mean it's it hard to see that u need help? I went to Aldi on Saturday, 07.23.2017 and spent $47.00. As a regular customer I know that the cashiers are not supposed to pack the items, so I had all 3 small boxes I would need handy. I'm a very organized person, I work as a business administrator for one of the 3 major commercial airplanes manufactures, in the customer service area, major airlines are my customers, such as American Airlines, Jet Blue, United, Delta, Southwest, Virgin, KLM, British, etc. On that day I had an amazing time at the beach and decided to stop by at Audi to get something for the week. I was poorly dressed, just a simple top tank, shorts, flipflops and beach hair. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I carefully put my groceries at the conveyor belt and the cashier Fenisha starts throwing my fruits, vegetables and eggs inside the cart with no care at all. I was about to pay for those items and didn't want them to be damaged!!! I ask her not to do that. She says she is not supposed to pack anything and then I say that was ok, I would pack while she was scanning the items and asked her to put the items, carefully in the top part of the shopping cart. She gets upset, refuses and calls the manager Laurie. The manager tells the cashier to do what I asked. The cashier Fenisha gets upset and loud and asks the manager Laurie if she was being "timed", so now Audi measures the time the cashiers take to assist a customer? WTF??? This store took about 3 MINUTES total time to assist me from start to the end of the sales process!!! To make things worse, the cuban/american customer who was behind me starts to curse and harass me, telling me to go back to my country several times. No one did nothing. I could have called the police, because I am a legal resident and DO NOT DESERVE THAT KIND OF TREATMENT INSIDE AN AUDI STORE, no one deserves, with or without papers. To make things worse, I go outside to breath some fresh air and return calmly. I ask to talk to Laurie, the manager and for my surprise she not only NOT listens to me but also yells at me and say she doesn't have time to either know who I am nor listen to any complaints. What a bad customer service that was. If I had done that at work I would be fired. Should I call it guetto Audi? No, because doing that I would be just like the cuban lady who told me to go back to my country. Education comes from the nest but when it happens in a store like that, it is just a shame. I hope it was only one incident and that it never happens again. I've been living in this country for 15 yrs and was never told to "go back to my country" This must be the TRUMP era. I'm sorry but I think America is greater than that and I hope that Audi, as an european chain, doesn't support these types of behaviour, coming not only from an neglecting employee nor from a customer. If any of that happens again I will have my cell phone prepared to videotape all my Audi shopping experience, from now on. read more
