Whenever I shop I receive kindness and an offer to help from their kind associates. I can pretty much find whatever I'm looking for ...in fact I can't think of anything I wanted to purchase that I couldn't find at this location. I hope they keep up with the great customer service because it's really the best incentive for shopping in- store, the customer experience! The bakery dept at this location, could use some help...I still prefer the other Publix down the road (old st. Augustine) bakery over this one.

Sadly, this is an exceedingly difficult review to post. I absolutely love this location, however…read morerecently I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of customer service. It culminated this morning at 9:39 am. As I have been a regular customer for over five years, I've become friendly with the staff especially, Tim (the butcher - 5 STARS ALWAYS), and the personnel at customer service, because I regularly purchase wine and lottery. What was really distressing, this morning your associate Brian, who has assisted me numerous times, and when I say numerous, I am referring to dozens of encounters. Brian and two other associates engaged in a conversation, when I arrived at the ACM Lane, after patiently waiting for a while, I requested assistance. Bryan came over, cordially greeted me, because he KNOWS ME. I need him to clear the wine so I could complete my transaction. He asked me for an ID, I thought he was kidding, and I inquired why? He said since I had my wallet out and since it was HIS JOB, SHOW ME YOUR ID. Please understand, I know the Winn Dixies policy for someone who looks under forty, and if it's an underage cashier, they have to physically scan the ID. But in this case, I am 66 YEARS OLD, and appear older than 40, plus this associate has ASSISTED ME BEFORE. What I did was purposely cover the date and held the ID at an unreadable distance. He said thanks, I asked him, "What's my birthdate" to which he could not answer, He said "I saw the 19 in the year" which was impossible. Apparently, this is the new Winn Dixie Customer Service or this an associate trying to prove that he has some authority. This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially for long time customers who travel past two Winn Dixie's to shop at this location. Now, I feel disrespected and doubtful to return to this store, and this is where we purchase the bulk of our butcher prepared meat and chicken.

The selection is like any other Aldi but it is so clean, large and bright. There is plenty of room in the aisles for multiple carts. The produce has been great so far! I had come to enjoy this recently opened store for a few items they carry and because they are…read moreclose to home. I had not shopped on a weekend until today. It was busy and there were only 2 cashiers. I ended up at a gals register whose name you will find at the end of the alphabet. I mentioned to her that she really needed to clean the conveyor belt. It was wet with a white substance and who knows what else. It was crusty with dried on who knows what. I did not want to put my groceries on it and in fact waited to put my groceries up until there was dry spot. Her response was what did you say? Asked in manner that suggested I was being inappropriate by mentioning the clear issue. She continue to dress me down pointing at the line of people, mentioning how busy she was...She did this loud enough that many of the customers in line could hear. There was also a dozen eggs broken on the ground that appeared to have been there for a awhile. As I bagged my grocery I could here her complaining about me to other customers. One customer turned as she left and told this cashier she was doing a good job. I beg to differ and not just because she didn't clean the conveyor belt. She exhibited the WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. One of the things she said as I was bagging my groceries was that she was "tired of having to take the high road". Then you truly should not be in customer service. A more appropriate response would have been I know, I'm sorry, I have been very busy. I will take a moment to get it clean. She certainly should not have tried to embarrassed me in front of other customers. She was indeed busy and probably had been all day. But that conveyor belt was beyond disgusting and was probably a health hazard. So two points here. Take a moment and clean the belt. Your reasonable customers don't want to put their grocery on that belt. Put them in a reusable bag and then set those grocery on their counter tops when they get them home. My 2nd point here is that why were there only two registers open? Which makes this part a management issue. And they need to do better. Your customers should not have to wait in long lines for overwhelmed and nasty cashiers.

When I walked in to this Sprouts location, I was immediately impressed with its size, appearance,…read moreand overall organization. For a larger Sprouts venue, You don't find anything in sloppy order or out of place. They really do a good job of keeping up the appearances here! I just needed to buy a couple of things, one was organic bananas, but did take the opportunity to make a full circle to see if there were more items I wanted pick up. Well, I almost forgot here! I also needed to buy some organic lemon ginger tea - it seems to always be available at a Sprouts location when I need it! But autumn and winter aren't too far away at this point so it may be good to stay ahead on the purchasing of items like this. In walking around, I found the meats section, both counter and display, in stellar and attractive condition. I do buy meats at Sprouts on occasion from both areas and this one is clean with everything in good order. The vegetables area contains both non-organic and organic offerings. I try to stick with organics when I need them and, more than any other store, Sprouts always seems to have them. The unique thing about Sprouts from my perspective is that is seems to often have specialty items that other stores don't carry, especially in the vitamins section. They often carry neat food brands you won't find at many other places either. I will say things are pricey here no doubt. However, you can help yourself by getting the app and checking for coupons and when they have deals over the course of the year. I've saved some good money here doing that. Service here was good. Cashier was highly courteous and welcoming - always makes for a great shopping experience! Come visit when you're in the area! Recommend: HIGH
