This market barely has food. Each time I'm disappointed of the many things they are out of. It's ridiculous !! Don't shop here

This store is dirty and small. You even have to have a quarter to use the grocery carts. I would not recommend ever shopping here.

I read one of the previous comments complaining about the system that they use where you have to insert a quarter to use a cart.

I'm a glam country girl and will forever be. Flowers, plants, fruit, vegetables, farm fresh meats, dairy, bakery items, etc, etc, etc. High quality, always fresh. Store is always clean. They just did an expansion of the store making more space for product placement & customers to roam. I love the open market feel. Staff...always friendly professional. I could have a bad day and coming here instantly cheers me up. Prices... health costs money but copays cost more. You choose. Parking... decent. The turnover is quick and I've never had to wait to park. People are usually in & out. Issues... the only herbs they sell is cilantro. I'm ok with that (mostly). But I really wish they had mint & basil. They are closed during winter. Makes sense but... Those are the longest 4 months for me.

I love getting my seasonal produce from there because it is so fresh and flavorful. They also have locally sourced baked goods, jams, spices, and candies. The plant selection is also unreal. They have about 8 greenhouses all filled with different plants. Feels like walking through a local garden rather than a nursery. A plus is also that they usually have a food truck on the weekends. The day I went was Mikes Gelato.

This place is pretty cool! I was searching for something else when I discovered there was an…read moreactual Amazon Fresh store near me. I order my groceries from Amazon so naturally, I wanted to checkout the store. Let me tell you, technology is amazing! The cart is a scale! Well, you do have the option to use a 'normal' cart or the computerized cart if you're a Prime member. But yeah, the cart asks you to add your bags first so it can take that weight into consideration. Then, as you add items such as fruits or veggies that require a weight to determine cost, the cart does it all for you. And, it's accurate. crazy! What's also pretty cool is the cart knows where you are in the store. As you shop the screen brings up items from the aisle you're in. Just scan the item, place it in your cart, and keep on shopping. If you attempt to remove something from your cart, it KNOWS! It's ack you if & what you removed. Also, there's several 'Last Call' sections throughout the store where items are reduced. I got some beef from the Last Call meat section. Unlike some grocery stores where meat is on clearance, this beef looked fresh! Reduced from $23 to $14. Perfect for beef stew as the weather gets colder. Then, when you're done shopping you just ride out through the dash cart lane and you're done! I love it. The store was very clean! And of course there were several shoppers preparing groceries for those who order on-line (like myself). I've always noticed the prices ARE better at Amazon, which is why I shop there. I can usually find whatever it is I'm looking for and more. If you haven't given it a try, check it out.

There was plenty of parking on the lot. Upon entering the store, you can choose a traditional grocery cart or you can use the Dash cart if you are a Amazon Prime member and electronically input your information in the display located on the handle of the cart, put your items in the cart, and they will automatically scan the item and the price displayed on the screen on the cart. The ambiance was as any other grocery store. The staff were pleasant and ready to assist. If you are a Prime member, make sure you scan any QR codes for discounts located at the customer service counter. I usually come here only to return items to Amazon, but was told I need to check the store out. I came and perused the store and yes, there were items that were priced 30-50% lower than traditional grocery stores. They have a bakery, deli counter with hot pizza available for takeout. They have the traditional areas of a grocery store: produce, meat, frozen food, seafood, aisles of canned, dry, personal care and home/ laundry. They even have the Amazon brand of a variety of items comparable to grocery chain's in-house brands. They have self- checkout options as well. All in all, a nice option to your traditional grocery store.

I discovered Class Produce earlier this year while looking for an organic produce wholesaler to…read morefeed our hungry family. Class Produce is a distributor that carries organic as well as conventional produce. I am considered a "cash customer" (even though I can pay by Visa or MasterCard) since I purchase as an individual. Twice a week, I receive a spreadsheet by e-mail of current stock items and prices. Pick-up is Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m.--12:00 noon, and the order must be received by the close of business a day ahead of time. Some pointers: -most deliveries come in overnight on Sunday, so the best day for pick-up is Monday. -check your produce on-site or as soon as you get home. Class will not issue a credit for items 24 hours after pick-up. I've had 3 small issues (fruit that wasn't optimal) since I started ordering from here, and Class was quick in resolving the situation, but the first time that I called, I did not know that I had a 24-hour window. -the warehouse is in Jessup right next to a new car storage lot, and it can seem a little bit confusing to navigate your first time there. Back your vehicle into one of the loading bays to the right of the entrance (the bays here start at #16, I believe), and go into the office (you need to be buzzed in) to verify your order and pay. -a weekly CSA (conventional and organic) is available for a good price, but I haven't taken advantage of this yet. The staff at Class has been professional and friendly--I like working with the front office employees as well as the warehouse guys. Loading assistance is available if you need it. Am I saving money? Yes! For example, the first pomegranates of the season just arrived last week. I paid $55 for a case of 36 (about $1.52 each). Organic pomegranates at WF are $2.99 each. Most everything is offered by the case, but there are a few items that come pre-packaged (e.g. dozen-counts of avocados, apples and pears). I wish that another family would share in ordering with us, so that I could buy more vegetables, but we definitely go through the fruit. When I order a case of organic bananas ($24 for 40 lbs), we'll let some ripen and freeze the rest for smoothies. Over the summer, the peaches and berries were a hit. In all, I highly recommend this place if you have a family of 5 or more (or want to share a produce haul with a friend). The fact that I can pick up organic produce from a distributor before it sits on a grocery shelf for who knows how long is wonderful. If you try it out, let me know what you think!
