Checkout is lightening fast,not another retailer/grocer/supermarket can touch the speed and efficiency of their checkout.Long lines occasionally but boy,they knock them down REAL fast! Not taking away from Lidl,they have great products too,including their onsite bakery,prices are fair on many items too,but what makes me opt for Aldi first is their format,floor layout and speed of checkout.Phenomenal. I give Giant a hard pass,not because their prices are higher,(and they are) but because I have been unfortunate enough to be there on 2 occasions when the store manager(found this out by chance on the second visit),her name starts with K,was talking to employees like crap,on the floor,in Giant attire and obviously in business hrs while there is foot traffic.I refuse to support a business that allows associate abuse. What a delightful surprise to find that at the Deli counter, they had a selection of over 7 different entrees and 6 different sides - all freshly prepared and looking delicious. My husband decided on 2 generous-size portions of Flank Steak accompanied by mashed potatoes and an arancini. In addition to the Bistro Meals, they also offer a selection of prepared Sushi at $5.00. I decided on the California Rolls, which was 10 rolls with fresh ginger and wasabi. The Bistro Meals are quick and easy. You just take them home and heat them up - no fuss, no muss. So, if you are looking for an inexpensive dinner for a Thursday night - go to The Fresh Market - you will not be disappointed.

From the outside the store looks small, but it's surprisingly large inside. The prepared foods looked fresh and very appealing. Produce was fresh but on the smaller side. The store wasn't crowded and parking was plentiful. I paid with the Amazon app for the first time and it worked smoothly -- great experience. Overall, a convenient, well-stocked stop for a quick grocery run.

I was really surprised seeing that they charged almost 2,5 times more than the price tag on the display showed for one of the produce item. When I pointed it out to the cashier, the reply was "the price on the display is wrong" - no apology or other explanations or offering me to still charge me accordingly to what the tag said. They just called someone to change the tag. When I asked about the manager or someone in charge, they said that no one there is available. Instead of appreciating customers and trying to be nice, they just simply don't care.

And this was the first time I've seen a Droewors beef stick so I got one.
