Staff couldn't even tell me where my vehicle was, and the on-site security was no help and seemed unaware of what was going on. Because Whole Foods doesn't allow dogs inside, I had no choice but to remain outside while trying to figure out what happened. I was left stranded, with my wallet inside my car, and had to pay for an Uber and $230 in towing fees--meaning I had to prioritize retrieving my car instead of buying groceries. What's most frustrating is that Whole Foods positions itself as a premium, customer-focused store, yet the parking situation does not reflect that at all. There is a clear lack of coordination between the store, security, and whoever is enforcing towing in the lot. This experience was stressful, avoidable, and completely unacceptable. It felt less like customer support and more like a system that allows predatory practices to happen right outside the store. Please be mindful where you park; be sure to travel with soenone! I would never want someone else to go through this--especially someone alone in that situation.

The Murray's cheese counter and the florist department are the biggest I've seen at any Harris Teeter in recent memory. And they have a good fresh-cut fruit selection unlike the aforementioned locations. Not that the other locations are bad, this one is just better. At the beginning of each fall, get your annual flu shot at the pharmacy here and receive a $5 coupon. I'm from Atlanta and have never signed up for a Harris Teeter VIC membership. Instead, I just use my Kroger Plus membership at Harris Teeter for the same discounts and benefits as a VIC member. VIC members can do the same at Kroger. Fuel points are interchangeable too and are earned the same way (e.g., 1 fuel point earned for every $1 spent on groceries). Overall, I do think Harris Teeter is nicer than Kroger. When it comes to produce among grocery stores in this tier, I think Publix is the best.

Tried to use self checkout (only two open!) and the register couldn't read the gift card code. I waited for an employee to see the alert at my register - a young man came over and basically said "it can't read the card, I don't know". He was lacking any customer service skills. Back into line again. The line I was in had credit card reader issues, lines were growing exponentially longer as we all waited. An employee was trying to remedy the reader situation, it was not resolved. The employees were not very friendly. Store was messy, crowded and overall I couldn't wait to get out of there! Absolutely won't visit this location again. The WF Lidl is worlds better.

You can bring your own containers and use those, but they also have some extra glass jars if you forget. They have tea, spices, dry goods, bath and cleaning products, nuts, snacks, grains, etc. However, they don't have everything here, so don't expect to be able to do all your food shopping. For example, they don't really have fresh produce. I also don't think the prices are that bad!! The tea is a really good deal compared to other stores. Unlike a regular store, you can buy exactly the amount you need, which really helps cut down on the cost for certain items. I also really appreciate that they have inclusive employment practices and are affiliated with the Autism Support and Advocacy Center.

I bought a Boar's Head Chef's salad and it was amazing! It had Boar's Head turkey and ham and cubes of spicy cheese. It had cucumber, a boiled egg, and black olives. There was a side of pico in the box that I could easily remove. I really like the packet of jalapeño ranch that came with it! It's a big salad and it was only $9. I plan to stock up on these as my "meal prep" for the week. It would be more expensive if we bought the stuff to make the salads ourselves. I feel like I just unlocked a cheat code!
