Aldi has some phenomenal fall finds and the prices are so good! I love that they always have seasonal items like pumpkin spice butter and creamers. They have a good selection of fall desserts, and new foods for the fall season. But I found an amazing candle wax warmer for $9.99 with $1.69 wax melts and I have been using it everyday. Go get one asap before they take it out the store and make room for newer items! Definitely a steal. I always look forward to seeing what new things they have.

I was staying at a nearby hotel for business and saw an Aldi within walking distance and gave it a shot. I like the Aldi at home, so I figured I'd go and check it out. If you aren't familiar with Aldi it works a little differently then other grocery stores in the US. The biggest difference is you'll need a quarter to unlock the shopping carts. Don't worry, you'll get it back when you return the cart. This does a great job keeping the parking lot uncluttered and the carts are of better quality. Once you go in it's laid out the same as most. However this one seems to have some wider aisles then the one I frequent at home which is nice as I usually get stuck behind someone that doesn't have the presence of mind to consider they aren't the only human being in the world shopping there at any given time. I digress. They offer various Aldi store brands and have a great produce section with a decent selection of organics. While going through the aisles, and this applies to all Aldis I've been to, take your time and look at the products. The main staples remain the same in large part, but you'll easily miss a really tasty new product they've brought in seasonally, or weekly. They have a good selection of vegan fake meat patties and the vegan meatballs are delicious. They also have some really good vegan mozzarella that melts well and tastes amazing. I checked out quickly after making my selections as there was no one else in line. Remember to bring your reusable bags or you can purchase paper bags in the checkout line. Also available are some reusable cooler bags. The cashier was kind and certainly made my experience shopping here even better. If you haven't yet, try the guacamole. My favorite is chunky style. It's their product of the year for 2018 (I think) and it is awesome.

Assembled an Aldi board for mother's day (minus the carrots they're from Wegmans)

I've grown to love Aldi more and more over time, mostly due to their continued product improvements and becoming more knowledgeable about what's great, good and just ok. I love grocery stores and shopping, the fact that they have continously rotating/changing seasonal items makes this a fun experience for me. Do they have everything you need? No, so you may need to make a few other stops if looking for less "standard" items. Reasons we'll never quit you: Affordable prices Close to the Target, so you can justify stopping real quick I also like that it is separate from other businesses so it has its own parking lot Their brioche buns/take home baguette/breads Ever revolving potato chip options (just tried the cuban sandwich ones ) The chocolate covered cookies Persian Cucumbers, organic carrots stick, grape tomatoes, lemon and limes are usually great quality/flavor The cheese selection, especially the unique seasonal items Fish (tilapia and salmon) quality and price Pumpkins are sooo cheap Fun goodies for Easter (books/baskets are a hit with my kid) They have yogurt bites and my kid could easily eat a bag a day if I let her We finally tried the infamous red bag frozen chicken breast and they do taste like CFA Grass fed beef in 1 lb packages, easy to freeze All sorts of frozen goodies, mochi, cakes, ice cream, etc Make sure to check out the weekly ads, one of these days I'll actually make it there on a restock day and get my pick of the new fun weekly items. Be prepared, keep a dedicated quarter in your car for a cart and bring your reusable bags.

This Aldi is "fancy"! From reading the last review, apparently they just remodeled it. It looks fantastic! Kind of "Whole Foods-eque." Like, fruits and veggies in wicker baskets with chalkboard-like price signs. Just looked classy. Prices are great for the most part... there are a few items that are cheaper elsewhere (surprisingly). Prices also change somewhat frequently. For instance, I was buying eggs for .49/dozen and the next week they were $1.49/dozen. Weird. At this particular visit, butter was listed for $2.29/lb and I loaded up on 8 packs of them... at the register they rang up for $2.99/lb. They obviously gave them to me at the lower price but just keep an eye on the screen when you're being checked out... or just review your receipt. This wasn't the first time the prices were different. But overall, prices are good. Another example: milk. Aldi ($1.69/gal), Walmart ($2.39/gal), Food Lion ($3.39/gal) And for all those families with MORE THAN ONE KID... the carts hold 2 kids!!!! Wow wow! It was fantastic! Impressed!!! I'll definitely return!

Aldi is definitely a favorite This particular location is not a favorite of mine. Simply because its smaller and does not have alot of food options. However, Aldi is a great discount store and you cant beat the produce and canned good prices or the egg and frozen seafood prices. Its definitely a first stop before filling in the blanks with a bigger store for the remaining items. Real savings is always a plus. I'd choose them over food lion every time.

A huge selection of beautiful frozen food. Clean and neatly displayed

I was so excited to see this Aldi grocery store in Durham. I couldn't wait to go inside and check it out ,as we don't have any of these in Arizona. I have Experienced some others on the East Coast, and I always like to visit there . This grocery shop did not disappoint me. They have a beautiful selection of fruits and vegetables. At an extremely reasonable price. The wonderful selection of all the foods is very nice. It is so much more I wanted to buy there but can't really carry it around with me. Hahaaa They have everything you would find in a regular grocery store and more. Household items ,clothing, shoes, and more. I was amazed at all the different products they have . Even bought papaya and mangoes. All the vegetables I bought were incredible as well as the fruit. Plus reasonably priced. Check out was fast and easy. They sell shopping bags very cheaply. Which was nice however I had my own me this time . The store was very clean and lots of parking in the lot .

It was my first time at one of these locations which I had heard a lot of. This is a German company so shopping is done in a very European way so don't expect customer service or staff all over the place.....it's just the European way which might not be for everyone. I personally am the type that doesn't need assistance and likes to walk into a place and get what I need. So this place is a perfect match for me...I recommend this place to the younger generations who might always be on the go and need things quick.

And if…read morethere's anything I can't find here, I can just go next door to Whole Foods and grab it there :) After they (and many others in this shopping mall) closed briefly for flooding a few months back, they reorganized and updated this site to be better than ever! Although it's a relatively small store, they pack a lot into it, and the set-up encourages the flow of traffic to proceed in a predictable manner, which makes the shopping experience much more pleasant. They are very well-staffed, and even when its quite busy, the lines for check-out move quickly (and they have a lot of lanes). The music is at an appropriate level, too, which is always appreciated. My only complaint is that they seem to have stopping carrying the meatless meatballs, which as your local vegan is rather devastating (imo, TJs meatless meatballs are some of the best in class). I'm holding out hope it will return as they cycle goods through, however! Bonus: The employees do a yearly christmas dance? A delight. Video attached!

This is one of the few places where you can buy frozen meals and actually feel like you're eating something good. They have options from just about every cuisine you can think of, and the food always hits. Is it the healthiest? Probably not. Can you do a full grocery run here? Maybe, but you'll likely need to swing by Wegmans or Harris Teeter for fresh produce. Still, when it comes to frozen meals, snacks, and quick bites, Trader Joe's is unmatched. You can fill your freezer for weeks and spend less than $100.

Sometimes, these are not available, however. | Full Review My girl & I have been here multiple times to buy ingredients for Asian dishes. We often get fresh salmon and shrimps from the seafood section, and we appreciate how seafood here are generallt cheaper compared to H-Mart in Cary. However, H-Mart is still more reliable overall when it comes to other products like kimchi, Korean side dishes, marinated meats, and various other Asian products. Unlike H-Mart's Korean focus, Li Ming's is primarily Chinese, so it's more line Grand Asia Market in Raleigh. One good thing we like in Li Ming's over Grand Asia is that it's less crowded and more spacious areas. Although it can get crowded here at times, it doesn't feel as congested as Grand Asia's constant overflow of customers coming and going. However, when it comes to the different goods you can get from Grand Asia's restaurant/cafe/bakery, Li Ming's Global Mart falls short. All you can get in Li Ming's are mostly mediocre-tasting Chinese food that goes well with rice and some noodle bowls that may be too salty to some people. The bakery inside Li Ming's is nice; we used to buy egg tarts and curry bread here. It's no Tours les Jours but it's not bad. They also offer boba milk tea but we wouldn't recommend it. As for the canned/preserved/frozen foods in the grocery section, generally, we prefer Korean brands over Chinese ones, so overall, we still prefer going to H-Mart for buying Asian products. Just like in H-Mart, we've seen unfriendly customer service in Li Ming's but no major issues. The most problematic one was when we tried to dine-in and get the 3 choices of food with white rice, and the lady serving had an attitude, and did'nt put enough fish on our plate. | Overall Score: 3.3/5

This place is REALLY hard to find... it's behind the State Farm building, but there's barely any signage from the street. (Note: some photos here in Yelp seem to be from an older location.) We actually came one Saturday, but it was unexpectedly closed, but we caught them the following one, so good to call and confirm before driving over. You walk up to a door on the back, and scan a QR code to see the menu. Then knock on/ open the door and someone will come to take your order. Then you wait outside and they bring you your sandwiches. The lady who took our order was very friendly. The kitchen was rather large, so I suspect it's used for more than just this business. We ordered two turkey subs-- the East New York (which was slightly spicy) and the Dumbo. Wait time was maybe 7-10 minutes or so. Both sandwiches came nicely wrapped, and I think total cost was a little over $20. And conveniently, they take Apple Pay. These were not your Subway or Quiznos sandwiches-- these were DELICIOUS pressed sandwiches (we got them on focaccia. I personally liked the Dumbo the best-- it had a nice mix of flavors that meshed well. The East New York was solid and had a nice spiciness, but not quite as exciting overall. Would I come back? Probably, but since there's no seating, and it's a bit awkward, maybe not the first place I'd think to try, but again, the sandwiches were REALLY good. I do think it may be excellent for catering or for getting picnic sandwiches though.
