I was in the area and decided to check out this Aldi. The entrance seemed a bit smaller than other Aldis in the area, when I walked in, I did notice the footprint was also a bit smaller than other ones. The layout is also different...Most Aldis now have the open refrigerated fresh produce section right at the entrance...this one has it all the way in the back on the right. The produce section seemed a bit smaller in size and selection, but I was able to find everything that I wanted..... If you are checking the availability of Special Buys products at any ALDI store like this one for example, you can visit the Special Buys™ Stock Checker. Enter the product name and your zip code to check if a Special Buys is in stock at an ALDI store near you. Products can only be searched 24 hours after the on sale date. With inflation hitting many areas of the global economy, it's nice to find chips for $1.39, ice cream for less than $2 and such. As I kept exploring the store, I noticed the frozen section........ is all the way on the left of the store with many many options of frozen foods. Very nicely organized and stacked... When I finished, I walked right into the checkout section with no wait... Lucky !!! The cashier was quick and efficient.

For the longest time I never went to Aldi. Recently I've gone more since it's so close to my house and I'm a fan of Trader Joe's anyway as it's same company. Sleeper pick! - Maria Cozzi think crust pizza. Man the meat lovers for this is awesome. They have a pretty decent small selection of wine too. I basically came in here for 3 things and ended up spending over $100 lol. That's how legit Aldi is. Also be on the look out for their chicken tenders both regular and buffalo.

This is my second Aldi's I have been to. Lately I have been hearing the buzz about their prices etc. This particular location seemed to offer less than the one that I originally went to. They have food items, and some gift/household items. I did find their prices to be much more affordable than Publix. The quality of the produce was good. They also carry pasture raised eggs which is a plus. If you are wanting to make a cheese board, they have a large selection of small sized cheese to make a great board. There is plenty of parking. The baskets are located outside of the store. IT took me a minute to find the baskets, as I walked in the store first. Bring a quarter with you to use the basket and when you return the basket to where you picked it up from you will get your quarter back. I did not like and would like to make a *****suggestion .... when checking out the cashier used the last persons basket to put the items I purchased into the cart, and then used my basket for the person behind me, etc. I personally wiped my basket down to use it, and now was using someone else's basket that may have had a cold while using their basket. Ideally it would be best to leave the basket/quarter with the person that used it to lessen cross contamination. Especially during flu season. Make sure to bring your own bags to load your groceries after purchasing. If you forget, no worries, they do sell reusable bags for use if needed. I will post photos. They are in my phone, and I am using my PC currently to type the review.

Say what you want about Aldi's but I am definitely a fan- always have and always will be. I've been a shopper for years and just recently started shopping at this location. The grocery stores in general are not large. The variety is smaller than Publix, the brand selection is also not there as well. For me, I go here for essentials: meat, veggies, milk and things like that. I try to stay away from the outer rim which hold the chips and such because I will eat them all. A lot of people get bent because they don't have traditional name brands but honestly, I haven't had bad luck with anything. The meat is good quality, the veggies like any grocery store has good and bad days and everything else is fine too. I noticed recently that you can buy flower bundles for $3.99 so I will be doing that more often. Some things to know. 1. You need a quarter to get a cart. A pain maybe, but it cuts costs by having an employee chase carts. 2. They charge you for bags. Again, a pain, but it cuts costs for them which saves you money in the end. The solution? Bring your own bag or use a box there. 3. They typically run on a thin staff. Why? See above. I can do a week's-worth of shopping for basically half the price. The brands may be different but the meals taste the same and for that I have to be a fan of this place.

When my friend's Mom heard that Aldi was opening up in her area, she was so excited go. I tagged along with them yesterday and was super impressed by every aspect of the store. It was small, but had everything you would need in a grocery store like fresh meats, canned goods, baking items, dairy items, produce, cleaning products....everything! The prices are LOW, and by LOW, I mean LOOOOW. They keep them down by having customers buy or bring their own bags. Also, if you need a cart you can rent one for a quarter, not to worry though, when you return it you get your quarter back! They only except cash, debit and ebt cards, so that also helps with the deep discounts as well. For the most part all of the brands are unknown, but there are a few name brands here and there. My friends Mom spent $123 for a cart full of groceries that would have been worth about $300 at Publix.

A cute gift, cookie mix jars.

Think of Aldi's as the estranged brother of Trader Joe's. The abbreviated history is that Aldi's and Trader Joe's were owned by German brother's who fell out over whether or not to sell cigarettes. One headed the chain that became Aldi's and the other chain became Trader Joe's. While Trader Joe's has great prices, Aldi will beat them and just about everyone else's prices every time. You can still signs of that German heritage all over Aldi's especially at Christmas. There are a lot of European treats like gingerbread, marzipan, brioche, and pfeffernusse. You may ask how it is that Aldi's is able to offer such low prices. Basically it's by annoying the crap out of you. If you want a cart you will need to bring a quarter. You will also have to bring your own bags. Lines will most likely be long because they keep their staff to a bare bones minimum. Best of all is the check out. They will literally throw your groceries into the cart they keep chained at the check out. You will frantically try to grab your items out but will never be fast enough. I once tried setting my bags up in the bottom of the cart but they just threw everything on top of the bags anyway. I don't think this practice really saves them money but watching you scramble is fun for them. Lastly they will not take your credit card, it's cash or debit only. Someone in front of you will find this out after they have been rung up. It all takes a little getting used to but once Aldi has properly trained you get ready to save. I don't shop at Aldi's all that much. Their selection is small but what they have is good and best of all cheap. I tend to buy snacks, alcohol, and frozen food. I really like to come in at the holidays to check out their inexpensive gifts and holiday food items. This is the place to go if you want to throw an inexpensive wine and appetizer party. It's also great if you need that office gift that is $10 and under. You can pick up all kinds of fine chocolates that anyone would love. In the alcohol section I am partial to their knockoff Bailey's Irish Cream as well as their wine selection. Their off brands are just as good as anything you would buy in Publix but much cheaper. I could never do a full week's shopping here but it's fun to come in and check out what's new.

I come here to get chips, fruits, and veggies. You have to pay $.25 to get carts out, which you can get back if you bring your cart back, and you have to bring your own bags. But you can't beat the savings in most items. They have their own brand which isn't bad at all. Cashiers are extremely fast, faster than you can unload your cart sometimes, so even if the line is long, you're out of there fast. All in all it's worth the drive for me.

All this & a new 12" Wok for under $60.

I have been going here for 2 years now. They started to buy bins of good and I do not really see anything good in those buys. They always encouraged me to come back, and I did. Quality is OK day-of. Most of it needs to be eaten quickly. For instance their watermelon or mangoes wont be good after a week. That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? I respect their game and wish them luck but sadly its a closed chapter for me. Its not that im not going to return out of spite, but I wont be returning simply because there's no point to. Theres no deals or anything amazing anymore. Best of luck

The place is gorgeous -- like, "I suddenly care about the proper marbling of a ribeye" gorgeous. You walk in and instantly feel fancier, even if you showed up in gym shorts. Everything here screams quality. The produce looks like it just finished a spa retreat. The deli and meat counters? Absolute showstoppers. The bakery? Let's just say if carbs are a sin, I'm ready for eternal damnation. They bake everything in-house, and you can taste the pride (and probably a little buttered joy) in every bite. I came in hunting for a very specific treasure: Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. I'd bought it here before, and it ruined me for all others. It's got this onion flavor that doesn't overpower -- it just whispers sweet nothings to your taste buds. Publix versions tried to compete, but they're like off-brand perfume: close, but not quite date-night material. Was it $7 a bottle? Yes. Did I still buy two? Also yes. Because once you've had this dressing, you start thinking $7 is a small price to pay for happiness in liquid form. Now, let's talk prices overall. Doris isn't cheap. If you tried to do all your grocery shopping here, your checking account might file for bankruptcy protection. But you get what you pay for -- and in this case, you're paying for quality, presentation, and a faint whiff of "old-world Italian pride." Five stars for the food and quality, four overall because you won't find every everyday item you need... but for meats, fish, deli, and bakery? Doris is absolutely worth it.
