When my wife has called in the past, she was told not to call- that they'd be by to pick up. Well- 3 days with no pickup and my wife calling and texting ,even sending a message through FB. I called today- they came (very much appreciated) but LEFT the recycle on the curb! I hate to post against a family owned business- and I'm not sure if there has been a generational change- but... time to go with the corporate service Customer beware! Not satisfied and very disappointed. Now- we'll have to pay someone else for the recycle... since JR Son's left us in a pinch

I hired them in the summer of 2021; I had a huge project, a full renovation. I was approved for a FHA renovation loan which they were aware of beforehand. Kelly have experience with this type of loans. Within few weeks of starting, Kelly submitted unapproved invoices to the bank behind my back, made a bunch of financial errors in their calculation, increased their initial estimate fees. The bank became suspicious and delayed funds disbursement which stretched my project. They got money hungry, try to justify their financial immorality in the name of inflation, really?!. Very disappointing! I strongly believe that they saw in me a weak target they could prey on, it's saddening and heartbreaking. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone seeking to hire a contractor. At the very least, don't hire them if you don't live on site. Unless you can be there every day to question their single move. Not a trust worthy contractor.

He mowed and trimmed the property and didn't leave any grass clumps. I didn't feel pressured to do additional work and liked his approach to other work I want done on the property. Additionally, I never felt my job was too small or would get any lesser treatment than a bigger job. I heard the driver tell his boss he didn't think he could make the turn into the drive, but his boss told him to do it anyway. They ripped up our side yard and crush a big chunk out of the driveway. They told our contractor that they would come fix the driveway after the work was done. Our contractor said he called them to come and fix it, but they never got back to him so it was up to me to bug them. I called multiple times and never got a call back from the owner. I finally got the number for him directly and got a hold of him, he said they'd come in the spring to fix it. It is now almost the end of the summer and I haven't heard a peep.

They came and explained it was a satellite site and they'd help me break it over the next 12 months. Their pricing is very reasonable. They come once a month for a year and they spray inside and outside. They then suggest coming the 4 months of ant season to avoid future issues. I saw tons of tiny baby ants immediately by that patio door. Over time, I have seen fewer. They have also helped with those asian ladybugs that are not actual ladybugs. Safe around pets, too. No odor and doesn't affect my sensitive skin to have it in the house (I have reacted to other pesticide products). Very pleased with their services.
