Then they wanted me to come back every few days for more appointments, with no explanation as to why or what would be done. And my bill for this? Almost $500.00 !! I paid them $70.00 the day of service. Blue Cross paid them a chunk of it and made them write off a large portion as overcharge. Now they are billing me another $95.00. I wrote the home office and told them I was not pleased with their service and had no intention of paying them more money. I got absolutely NO RESPONCE. Just another bill.

Their answer is to prescribe powerful drugs to help with pain versus making use of X-rays or MRI to find out what the real issue is. My primary Doc was out of town so I went here for chiropractic, which they are good at, and has helped me in the past, but it did not solve my issue. I asked repeatedly for an X-ray or MRI as thought I had major nerve pain. Dr. on staff wanted to treat for a few weeks and prescribed drugs for pain. No relief for weeks. Finally had MRI done with help from a Doctor who saw thru the scheme at this place, and it showed the issue was in fact nerve related and would never have been solved by their treatment.

She was admitted one day and the next she was rushed to the hospital for a stroke cause by a blood clot in her leg that the staff knew about and didn't have any urgency to have a doctor look at it that day and said "it could wait until tomorrow" because the nurses would rather stand around and talk instead of checking on their patients. She died the next morning after being placed here. My mother had written the same review a year ago and they DELETED THE REVIEW to hide it from future potential victims. I can't bring my grandmother back but I can't stand the fact that they hide information like this to lure and take advantage of other innocent people just wanted the best for their family.
