You can't leave messages on the portal. You are told you can text them, but no one ever responded to my texts. You are also told by their voicemail to not leave multiple messages. However, whenever I called trying to find out what was going on, the office staff were polite but kept giving me various excuses that "they got a lot of faxes", or the "hospital doing the MRI didn't send everything" (which they did, twice!), or "the medical records people have to upload the material so the doctor can review it". But 11 days?? Forget it. I will not be returning to Orthopedic and Sports Medicine.

I thought I'd give him one last chance with an injury I recently suffered from a fall. But McCoy did the same thing, and actually shouted at me when I asked him for an explanation of how the rotator cuff worked. No one needs this, or him. Try another orthopedic doctor.
